TES Seville is the winter edition of the Affiliate World format and brings more than 3,000 professionals from the affiliate, operator and platform-provider ecosystem to the Seville Conference and Exhibition Centre. The 2027 edition keeps the two-day format with a dense agenda of workshops, compliance panels, evening networking and commercial exhibition. For brand teams the issue is not just printing the artwork: it is coordinating quantities by shift, avoiding queues at the FIBES loading ramp, and keeping margin for emergency restock when the giveaway stock runs out before the close of day one.
A typical brief that lands on our desk combines polos and T-shirts with the operator's logo and country of origin for booth staff, hoodies for account managers walking the aisles and the evening networking at the FIBES rooftop, recycled-cotton tote bags and 500 ml bottles with single-colour engraving for fast counter hand-out, thick-ribbon lanyards with metal snap and credential holders for the thousands of credentialed trade visitors, 5,000–10,000 mAh power banks with integrated cable for qualified leads, and gift boxes with engraved glass, pen and notebook for VIPs and operators invited to dinners at Hotel Alfonso XIII or Restaurante Abades.
For Mexican iGaming operators with licences in Mexico and treating TES Seville as their European stop for February, the stand footprint usually runs smaller than a European B2B operator's, and quantities are sized to the booth and the team headcount —typically four to ten people plus two conference mornings and two networking evenings—. The merch distribution follows the same four-allocation pattern: booth apparel sized to the team, high-volume giveaways for the floor, qualified gifts for the conversations that produce a real next step, and a VIP kit for the two or three regulators and premium affiliates the operator already has a match with before reaching Seville. The usual call for Mexican operators attending TES for the first time is to lift the apparel allocation and trim the VIP kit: the first impression in a room full of operators and regulators weighs more than the closing gift.
The Seville calendar leaves little margin: the average exhibitor locks the product list and quantities five weeks before doors open and needs a physical prototype approved three weeks before to avoid marking errors that get paid in reprints. We usually hold reserved stock in the CDMX hub for recurring pieces (white polos, tote bags, lanyards, bottles) that we can produce and deliver in 7–10 working days; for pieces with bespoke embroidery (operator logo, country of origin, stand number) the window stretches to 10–14 working days. For VIP sets and gift boxes we recommend closing the order 3–4 weeks before so we can present a physical prototype to the client and validate packaging, engraving and personalised card.
The Seville hub is reserved for last-mile and emergency restock: when stock runs out before the close of day one we can print a top-up with guaranteed delivery to the exhibitor's stand in under 24 hours via SEUR 24 from the Sevilla-Este warehouse or directly from our own facilities. The customs flow for lots arriving from outside the EU is coordinated with the exhibitor's freight forwarder and stays out of our invoice: we deliver the goods with the import DUA already processed by the client, ready to enter FIBES through the North ramp (access via Av. Alcalde Luis Uruñuela). The B2B invoice is issued in MXN with 16% IVA added at the day's exchange rate and complemento de pagos filed through SAT; the Spanish counterpart of the customer files with the corresponding reverse-charge when it is an intra-EU client with a valid VIES number.
