Booth staff apparel
Tees, polos and light layers sized for solution architects, sales engineers and alliance managers across the two days, in brand colours that read at distance on the Sava floor.
Scheduled · 25–27 November 2026 · Sava Centar, Belgrade
For Mexican Microsoft partners, integrators, cybersecurity consultancies, data houses and digital workplace agencies walking Sava Centar in late November — booth apparel, high-volume giveaways, qualified-lead gifts and VIP kits for the account executives and alliance managers who cross Belgrade to Mexico with open deals, priced in MXN, invoiced with CFDI 4.0 and delivered to Sava Centar on your meeting calendar.
Sinergija is the flagship conference of the Microsoft ecosystem in Central and Eastern Europe, and the Belgrade edition pulls partners from the CIS region, the Balkans and the multinationals with distributed teams that land from Mexico, Poland and Turkey. The audience combines enterprise clients from Microsoft's enterprise programme, Silver and Gold integrators, local ISVs and tech press. For a Mexican partner such as Softtek, KIO Networks, Neoris or Atos Mexico, the Sava Centar stand is where the regional cloud and modern-workplace practice crosses paths with European alliance managers and leads carrying 2027 budget.
Mexican teams usually split the booth programme into four pools with separate responsibilities: apparel sized for solution architects, sales engineers and alliance managers who rotate across the two conference days and the workshop day; high-volume giveaways to keep the Sava floor moving during the hours when keynotes empty the stands; qualified-lead gifts reserved for conversations with enterprise clients, European integrators and tech press that produce a real next step; and a named VIP kit for the thirty-plus alliance managers and cloud leads who move from the conference to parallel dinners in Ada Ciganlija. Treating each pool as a separate queue — with art, packaging and shipping by recipient tier — is what separates a booth that runs clean from one chasing boxes in the loading bay.
Mexican fiscal operation applies both to the merch invoice and to the logistics. CFDI 4.0 with complemento de pagos is issued from the Mexican leg, whether the shipment leaves from AICM, a consolidated flight to Belgrade or the port of Koper as a sea leg. The invoice to the end client can be issued in MXN, EUR or USD at the exchange rate of the payment day, which protects the partner's treasury when FX moves between purchase order and shipment close. For European clients with local-currency budgets, we can issue a EUR invoice through a Berlin partner that respects the Serbian 20% VAT line and keeps the Mexican side clean for your accounting close.
Microsoft licensing compliance and brand cleanliness are the two frameworks governing any merch that reaches the Sava Centar booth. The artwork must respect the Microsoft Partners brand guide, avoid any claims of official association that are not documented, and confirm that the partner's own marks carry written assignment from the legal department. For partners that also distribute ISV solutions, we coordinate the brand assignment with their European office so the merch complies with co-branding guidelines and fiscal traceability on both sides.
For Mexican partners that also run European operations under a Partners programme, we can run the European leg through a Berlin partner while keeping the master CFDI 4.0 in Mexico. That dual production is what has allowed Mexican partners to use the Berlin workshop for fast reprints during Sinergija week, while reserving the heavy manufacturing for the Mexican hub with scale economics and clean fiscal traceability. The German 19% VAT line stays clean and your vendor list stays single-source. If your team is new and arrives without Belgrade logistics in place, reading the Sava Centar exhibitor manual and getting written confirmation of dock windows are the two tasks that close the customs risk before production starts.

Lanyards, tote bags, pens and bottles sized for fast hand-out on the Sava Centar floor across the two conference days and the workshop day.
Power banks, charging cables and desk accessories reserved for conversations with enterprise clients and qualified tech press, packaged in the languages your meetings actually run in.
Premium notebooks, drinkware and compact gift boxes assembled by recipient tier and delivered by name to European alliance managers and Sinergija cloud leads.
Before production starts, confirm art, Pantone references, quantities, packaging and the named recipient on site, whether at Sava Centar or at your hotel in Belgrade. Delivery rules, dock windows and stand number must be checked against the current exhibitor manual; Sava Centar should not be treated as an open courier address. For Mexican partners routing kit through an EU hub, add a transit buffer for European customs paperwork and a hotel concierge buffer in Novi Beograd usually makes sense alongside the direct dock drop for floor-stock overflow.
Six to eight weeks is the safe window when production runs in Mexico and the cross-border freight leg goes to Belgrade. Shorter programmes are possible only after written confirmation of stock, decoration methods and Sava Centar access.
Only when the organiser or Sava Centar has confirmed the dock slot, dock access and named consignee. Many Mexican partners split the shipment between the Sava dock and a named concierge at their Novi Beograd hotel.
