Course: Fundamentals of corporate merch in Mexico
This is Corp-Merch.MX's introductory course for professionals taking their first steps in the corporate merch industry in Mexico. Across four modules — product types, print methods, invoicing and logistics —you will understand how the industry moves, which decisions are technical and which are strategic, how it is invoiced with CFDI 4.0 and how it is delivered across Mexico and overseas. At the end, you receive a certificate with internal curricular value and access to the alumni community for operational questions.
Who it is for
The course is for three profiles. The first are marketing and HR professionals who will coordinate a merch program for the first time and need to understand the language, timelines and costs before talking to suppliers. The second are procurement and operations managers who need to evaluate quotes, compare workshops and supervise deliveries. The third are entrepreneurs and SME owners about to set up a uniform or merch program for their team and want to learn before investing.
The course requires no prior experience in the industry. Explanations start from zero and advance to operational level. By the end, alumni can hold a technical conversation with a supplier, evaluate a quote with judgment and supervise order delivery.

How it is taken
The course is asynchronous and taken through the Corp-Merch.MX platform. Each module has six to eight lessons in video of fifteen to twenty minutes each, accompanied by downloadable PDF material (presentations, templates, spreadsheets). At the end of each module there is a ten-question assessment that the student must pass with seventy percent or more to advance to the next.
The total duration is estimated at twenty to twenty-five hours of study, spread over four to six weeks. The student can advance at their own pace and has access to the platform for six months from enrollment. Questions to the instructor are answered by email within forty-eight business hours, and frequent questions are published in the community section.
What you will be able to do at the end
Five concrete operational skills. First, talk to a supplier in their own technical language — distinguish screen printing from DTF, Carta Porte from pedimento, PPD from PUE. Second, put together a merch brief that specifies product, quantities, dates, address and print method without leaving gaps.
Third, compare quotes on the same base and understand what each line includes. Fourth, validate the supplier on SAT lists and review the privacy notice before transferring data. Fifth, supervise delivery and handle a return with clear criteria.
Certificate and community
Upon passing the four modules, alumni receive a digital certificate with QR verification, signed by the lead instructor. The certificate includes the student's name, the syllabus covered, the duration in hours and the study period. For HR and marketing professionals who need to show continuous learning, the certificate is an affordable way to meet that goal.
The alumni community is a closed group where operational questions, practical cases, sector vacancies and supplier offers are shared. The moderation is done by the Corp-Merch.MX team and the group rules prohibit direct selling and spam. Community access is free for one year and renews automatically if the alumni wishes.
Investment and enrollment
The course investment is MXN 4,800 (four thousand eight hundred Mexican pesos) per student, IVA included. For corporate enrollments of five or more students from the same company, the price is MXN 3,800 per student. We accept SPEI transfer, credit or debit card and CFDI 4.0 invoice with IVA broken out.
