Get in touch with the Mexico desk

Email [email protected] or send the brief below — we respond inside one hour during 09:00–18:00 Hora del Centro, Monday through Friday.

How to reach us

Three options, depending on what you need. For a fresh quote with quantities, item types and a delivery zip code, the form below reaches the production desk directly. For an existing-order question — a guía number, a CFDI reprint, a change to a PO — write to [email protected]. For contracts, framework agreements and compliance documentation (IMMEX program registration, NOM compliance, ESG statements), write to [email protected].

Mexico City office

Our commercial office sits in Mexico City, with easy access to Polanco, Santa Fe, Lomas de Chapultepec and the corporate corridors along Paseo de la Reforma. Visits are welcome — please email ahead so we can stage samples, line up a meeting room and have the right account manager available. For walk-in appointments, building reception requires a photo ID and a host confirmation.

Invoicing, customs and legal

Every Mexican invoice is issued as a CFDI 4.0 stamped by SAT, with the uso de CFDI, forma de pago and método de pago fields completed to the standard your ERP expects. We register all POs in the complémento de pagos workflow when payment lands. For buyers operating under the IMMEX program, we coordinate the temporary-import paperwork through trade agents in Nuevo Laredo and the port of Veracruz. To receive our RFC, our IMMEX registration or our compliance pack (NOM, USMCA labeling, ESG policy), write to [email protected].

Working hours and time zone

The Mexico desk works 09:00–18:00 Hora del Centro (UTC-6), Monday through Friday, all year. Mexico does not observe daylight saving time, so the gap with US Eastern is constant: -1 hour winter, -2 hours summer relative to clients in New York, and -2 hours winter, -3 hours summer relative to London. We plan around that gap so that no quote sits in a queue overnight.

What to include so we can quote fast

Three things move a brief to a quote fast: item types and quantities (an order of magnitude is enough at first contact), a delivery zip code so we can pick the right last-mile carrier, and your RFC if you want the CFDI stamped from the first proposal. Optional but useful: a deadline date, the decoration technique you prefer (serigrafía, bordado, sublimación, grabado, DTG), and whether the program is a one-off or a recurring call-off against a blanket PO.

If you are operating under the IMMEX program, mention it in the brief so we can structure the proposal around the temporary-import flow rather than a permanent-import one. The paperwork difference is real: the pedimento, the IVA treatment and the SAT classification of the goods all change.
