Year-end luxury gifting packs for Mexican strategic clients

The luxury year-end gifting program is the strategic-client counterpart to the standard holiday hamper. Premium components, numbered and certified, shipped to the executive's home in Lomas de Chapultepec, Bosques de las Lomas, San Pedro Garza García, Zapopan, Polanco and Santa Fe, or shipped internationally to the executive's home in the US, Europe or Asia. We assemble year-end luxury packs for Mexican financial-services executives (BBVA Mexico, Santander Mexico, Banorte, Banregio, HSBC Mexico, Scotiabank Mexico, Citibanamex, Inbursa, Banco Azteca), Mexican industrial-group executives (FEMSA, CEMEX, Vitro, Xignux, Grupo Bimbo, Grupo Alfa, Grupo Elektra, Grupo Lala, Grupo Coppel, Grupo Salinas, Grupo Bal), Mexican-headquartered multinationals (Femsa, CEMEX, Bimbo, Vitro), and the strategic clients of the US-parent subsidiaries operating in Mexico, in editions of 12–240 pieces per program. CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA, USD commercial invoice for the international procurement teams.

Why the year-end luxury pack is the company's most-visible brand moment

The luxury pack is the gift that the recipient photographs. It is the gift that lives on the executive's shelf for the next five years. It is the gift that the executive's spouse or partner remembers, and the gift that the executive's assistant references when the next year's pack arrives. The luxury pack has to be substantial, certified and personal in a way that the standard hamper is not.

The luxury pack is also the gift that anchors the year-end conversation. The executive opens the pack at home, calls the CEO to thank them, and the conversation that follows is the relationship's reset for the year ahead. The pack has to feel substantial enough to justify that call.

Components of a year-end luxury pack

Numbered principal object

Hand-bound book with the year's milestones, Italian leather portfolio with the company's identity and the executive's initials, hand-turned wooden box from Olinalá, crystal decanter for the extra-aged tequila. The principal object carries the edition number on the back or the inside, and the executive's name is engraved or hot-stamped on the cover. Range USD 380–1,800 per piece.

Denomination of Origin spirits

Extra-aged tequila from Jalisco (NOM-141 and CRT certified), Denomination of Origin mezcal from Oaxaca (NOM-141 compliant and the mezcal regulatory council certified), Valle de Guadalupe wine for the Baja clients. The spirits are selected based on the recipient's taste profile and the company's regional anchor. Range USD 145–620 per bottle.

Regional Mexican products

Oaxacan chocolate with criollo cacao, vanilla from Papantla, mole from Puebla or Tlaxcala, coffee from Chiapas, amate bookmark from Guerrero, Olinalá lacquerware, Talavera from Puebla. Each product is paired with a card explaining the origin and the producer. Range USD 95–320 per set.

Presentation and certificate

Rigid presentation box in the company's primary colour with hot-stamped logo, magnetic closure, fabric lining, satin ribbon; hand-signed certificate on amate or cotton paper with the edition number, the recipient's name, the CEO's signature; optional velvet pouch for the principal object; hand-signed card from the CEO. Range USD 95–240 per pack.

Production window, NOM compliance and international shipping

The year-end luxury pack opens production in mid-October to the early-December shipping window: 14 days for creative and personalisation data collection, 30 days for production of the principal object and the personalised accessories, 14 days for the regional product sourcing and the assembly, 7 days for final QC and shipping per destination. The shipping window closes on December 18 for the Mexican recipients and December 15 for the international recipients (the international recipients need a few days for the customs clearance in the destination country).

For the Denomination of Origin spirits, we work with NOM-141 compliant producers and the Mezcal Regulatory Council or the CRT certification, and the back label carries the certification number. For the international recipients, the kit ships via DHL Mexico or FedEx Mexico with the CFDI 4.0 comercio exterior complemento and the export documentation for the destination country. The recipient address list is validated through the Estafeta, FedEx Mexico or DHL Mexico API.

FAQ — year-end luxury packs

What's the minimum edition size?

12 pieces for a focused strategic-client program, 36 pieces for the broader strategic-client cohort, 120 pieces for the full strategic-client and strategic-supplier list, 240 pieces for the full strategic-client, strategic-supplier and regulator list. Below 12 pieces, the personalised production overhead is significant; we recommend a single principal object per recipient.

Can the pack be personalised to the recipient?

Yes — the principal object, the notebook, the pen and the card carry the recipient's name. The personalisation data feed is shared by the CEO's office via a secure spreadsheet and is destroyed on delivery.

Can the pack include Denomination of Origin mezcal or tequila?

Yes — we work with NOM-141 compliant producers in Oaxaca (mezcal, Mezcal Regulatory Council) and Jalisco (tequila, CRT). The back label carries the certification number that the recipient can verify.

Can the pack be shipped abroad to the international executive's home?

Yes — we coordinate international shipping via DHL Mexico or FedEx Mexico with the CFDI 4.0 comercio exterior complemento and the export documentation for the destination country. The shipping date is coordinated with the executive's home calendar.
