Winery tour packs for Mexican wine country corporate visits

A winery tour in Mexico is a deliberate departure from the office. Two to three days in Valle de Guadalupe (the Baja California wine country), the Querétaro wine country (the colonial-city circuit around San Juan del Río and Ezequiel Montes), or the Aguascalientes wine country (the high-desert terroir), with strategic clients, key suppliers, senior leadership or the regional board. The kit has to anchor the moment in the wine country's identity without competing with the wine. We assemble winery tour packs for the strategic-client programs of the Mexican financial-services groups, the leadership retreats of the Mexican industrial groups, and the senior-leadership offsites of the US-parent subsidiaries operating in Mexico, in editions of 8–60 packs per tour. CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA, USD commercial invoice for the international procurement teams.

Why the winery tour pack has to handle wine, glassware and the wine country's identity

The winery tour pack lives in the wine country's world. The kit's principal object can be a branded wine glass, a branded decanter, a branded wine bag, a branded cheese board. The kit's regional product is the wine itself (or the olive oil, the cheese, the bread from the wine country's artisan producers). The kit's welcome card carries the wine country's narrative and the corporate host's signature.

The pack has to handle the wine-tour logistics. The wine glass has to survive the cellar visit; the cheese board has to handle the outdoor lunch; the wine bag has to carry the bottles the recipient buys at the winery's retail. The packaging is travel-safe: rigid outer box, foam-padded interior, weight under 5 kg, dimensions compliant with the airline's checked-baggage allowance. The kit's contents survive the flight home to CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara or the international destination.

The wine is selected and shipped in temperature-controlled conditions. Range USD 95–480 per bottle and per oil set.

Production window, location-based sourcing and CFDI

The winery tour pack opens production 45–60 days before the tour: 21 days for creative, personalisation data collection, wine reservation and the host's approval, 14 days for production of the branded wine accessories and the apparel, 7 days for the wine and olive oil sourcing and the assembly, 5 days for final QC and delivery to the host's office or the winery. The wine reservation has to be confirmed with the winery 30 days before the tour to secure the vintage and the bottle volume.

The shipping is per destination. The Mexican-based recipients receive the kit via Estafeta or FedEx Mexico with the CFDI 4.0 16% IVA itemised. The international recipients receive the kit via DHL Mexico or FedEx Mexico with the CFDI 4.0 comercio exterior complemento and the export documentation for the destination country. The wine ships in temperature-controlled conditions, with the NOM-141 or the Valle de Guadalupe certification on the back label.

FAQ — winery tour kits

What's the minimum edition size?

8 pieces for a focused strategic-client program, 16 pieces for the broader strategic-client cohort, 60 pieces for the full strategic-client and strategic-supplier list. Below 8 pieces, the personalised production overhead is significant; we recommend a single principal object per recipient.

Can the pack be location-specific?

Yes — the regional wine, the olive oil, the apparel and the welcome card are tailored to the tour's location (Valle de Guadalupe, Querétaro, Aguascalientes, the wine country of San Juan del Río or Ezequiel Montes). Each location has its own wine producers and its own artisan tradition.

Can the pack be shipped abroad to the international recipient?

Yes — we coordinate international shipping via DHL Mexico or FedEx Mexico with the CFDI 4.0 comercio exterior complemento and the export documentation. The wine ships in temperature-controlled conditions with the NOM or the Valle de Guadalupe certification on the back label.

Can the pack include Valle de Guadalupe wine?

Yes — we work with Valle de Guadalupe wineries with the Mexican wine certification. The bottle carries the vintage, the producer's seal and the certification number that can be verified.
