VC pitch kits for Mexican startups raising seed, Series A and Series B

The startup pitch kit is the founder's physical artefact in front of the partner. The pitch deck travels in the laptop or the secure link; the kit stays on the partner's shelf after the meeting closes. We assemble VC pitch kits for Mexican startups at the seed stage (AngelList, the Latin American Seed Network, the Mexican Angel Investors Network), the Series A and Series B stage (AllVP, Cometa, Nazca, DILA Capital, Mountain Nazca, Dalus Capital, Magma Partners, Variv Capital, the international VCs with Mexican operations), and the bridge / follow-on rounds, in editions of 8–120 kits per cycle. CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA, USD commercial invoice for the international VCs.

Why the startup pitch kit has to be both substantial and frugal

The startup pitch kit lives in a tension. The founder wants the kit to feel substantial — the founder has been told that the partner's memory of the meeting matters, that the partner sees a hundred decks a month, that the kit is one of the few physical artefacts that survives the meeting. The founder also has to be frugal with the runway. A $250 executive kit is acceptable; a $1,400 VIP kit is not. The kit has to land in the middle ground: substantive enough to feel considered, restrained enough to keep the burn rate honest.

The Mexican VC kit also has to handle the founder's narrative. The founder's story often has a Mexican anchor: the founder grew up in Guadalajara, the founder's first customer was a Polanco startup, the founder's mentor was an AllVP or a Nazca partner, the founder's product launched in the Bajío OEM belt or the Yucatán tech corridor. The kit's regional product can pick up that anchor and reinforce the founder's story without being preachy.

Founder's home kit

For the founder who travels back to the home office after the partner meeting: personalised regional Mexican craft (Talavera seal, Olinalá lacquerware, Oaxacan textile), personalised card from the co-founder team, optional regional culinary experience. The home kit reinforces the founder's anchor at the office. Range USD 60–240 per kit.

Production window, founder-meeting logistics and CFDI

The VC pitch kit opens production 14–30 days before the partner meetings: 7 days for creative and personalisation data collection, 7–14 days for production of the principal object and the personalised accessories, 3 days for the regional product sourcing and the assembly, 1–2 days for final QC and shipping. The lead-partner tier ships internationally for the US VCs (the Bay Area, NYC, Miami), the European VCs (London, Berlin, Madrid) and the LATAM VCs (São Paulo, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Santiago).

The CFDI 4.0 is issued to the startup's Mexican operating entity with 16% IVA itemised; for the international VCs, the commercial invoice is issued in USD with the corresponding CFDI 4.0 in MXN. For the founder's home kit that includes Denomination of Origin mezcal or tequila, we work with NOM-141 compliant producers and the Mezcal Regulatory Council or the CRT certification. The founder's deck and the data-room summary are printed in bilingual (ES / EN) for the international VCs.

FAQ — VC pitch kits

What's the minimum edition size?

8 pieces for a focused seed or bridge round, 24 pieces for a Series A, 60 pieces for a Series B with multiple partners, 120 pieces for a larger round with the international VCs. Below 8 pieces, we recommend a single personalised gift instead of a full kit.

Can the kit be personalised to the partner?

Yes — the principal object, the notebook, the card and the bottle carry the partner's name or initials. The personalisation data feed is shared by the founder via a secure spreadsheet and is destroyed on delivery.

Can the kit be shipped to the international VCs?

Yes — we coordinate international shipping via DHL Mexico or FedEx Mexico with the CFDI 4.0 comercio exterior complemento and the export documentation. The shipping date is coordinated with the founder's meeting itinerary.

Can the kit include Denomination of Origin mezcal or tequila?

Yes — we work with NOM-141 compliant producers in Oaxaca (mezcal, Mezcal Regulatory Council) and Jalisco (tequila, CRT). The back label carries the certification number. The export documentation clears customs in each jurisdiction.
