Sponsor VIP packs for Mexican industry galas, tournaments and dinners
A sponsor VIP pack is the physical expression of the partnership between the event host and the sponsor. It is not the host's gift and it is not the sponsor's gift — it is the joint gift to the table guests, the tournament foursome or the charity-dinner attendees. We assemble sponsor VIP packs for industry galas, golf tournaments at Club de Golf México, Club de Golf Bellavista, Las Brisas and Fairmont Mayakoba, polo tournaments at the Campo Marte Polo Club, and charity dinners at the Museo Soumaya, Museo Tamayo, the Casa de los Azulejos and the Centro Cultural Universitario. Edition size 60–400 packs per event. CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA, USD commercial invoice when the sponsor is international.
Why a sponsor VIP pack is a co-branded object, not a single-brand gift
The sponsor's logo sits alongside the host's identity on the principal object. The host's visual system shapes the colour palette and the typography; the sponsor's logo gets a defined placement and a fixed size. The pack reads as a partnership artefact, not as a takeover of the host's event. When this balance is wrong — when the sponsor's logo is too dominant or the host's identity is too quiet — the pack reads as a sponsorship advertisement and the recipient experience suffers.
The co-branding is governed by the host's sponsorship agreement. Most Mexican industry galas and tournaments carry three or four sponsorship tiers, and the VIP pack's component depth scales with the tier. The platinum-tier sponsor's VIP pack carries the principal object plus the personalised accessories plus the regional products; the gold-tier carries the principal object plus a smaller personalisation; the silver-tier carries a single co-branded object with the event's welcome materials.
The three tiers of a sponsor VIP pack
Platinum sponsor pack
Co-branded principal object (leather portfolio, hand-bound book, crystal decanter) with the host's identity and the platinum sponsor's logo; full regional product set (mezcal from Oaxaca, extra-aged tequila, Oaxacan chocolate); personalised accessories (engraved pen, leather notebook, hand-painted ceramic coasters); presentation box with the edition number; co-branded certificate hand-signed by the event host and the sponsor principal. Range USD 480–1,400 per pack.
Gold sponsor pack
Co-branded principal object with the gold sponsor's logo; regional product set (single mezcal or tequila, Oaxacan chocolate); personalised accessories (engraved pen, leather notebook); co-branded presentation box; co-branded certificate. Range USD 240–620 per pack.
Silver sponsor pack
Co-branded secondary object (branded crystal glass, engraved branded bottle opener, branded leather key organiser); single regional product (mezcal miniature or chocolate); co-branded welcome card; co-branded envelope for the printed materials. Range USD 95–240 per pack.
On-site hospitality
For the table guests of the sponsor's table at the gala: co-branded table gift (small regional product or personalised object), co-branded menu card with the sponsor's logo on the back, co-branded centrepiece (single co-branded object, not the table flowers), co-branded table number with the sponsor's table name. Range USD 38–180 per table of 10.
Sponsor coordination, edition numbering and CFDI
The pack assembly requires coordination between the event host's team and the sponsor's marketing team. The co-branding rules are confirmed in writing before production; the sponsor logo files are supplied in vector format with the exact PMS colours; the personalisation data feed (the table guest list) is shared 14 days before the event for the platinum-tier packs and 7 days for the gold-tier packs. We assign a single project lead for the assembly who coordinates both teams and the host venue.
For events where multiple sponsors co-fund the VIP pack, the CFDI 4.0 is issued to the event-host entity with each sponsor's contribution itemised as a separate line and the 16% IVA split proportionally. When an international sponsor funds their own table or their own VIP pack separately, we issue the commercial invoice in USD with the corresponding CFDI 4.0 in MXN to the international sponsor's Mexican operating entity or to their local fiscal representative. For sponsorship packs that include Denomination of Origin mezcal or tequila, we work with NOM-141 compliant producers and the Mezcal Regulatory Council or the CRT certification.
FAQ — sponsor VIP packs
How many sponsors can co-brand a single pack?
Up to three sponsors on the platinum tier (host identity + three sponsor logos), up to two on the gold tier, and one on the silver tier. Above three co-brands the principal object becomes visually crowded and the per-pack cost climbs disproportionately.
Who handles the sponsor logo files?
We supply a sponsor logo template with the exact placement, the PMS colours and the minimum clear space. The sponsor's marketing team returns the artwork in vector format (AI, EPS or SVG) and we run a final approval cycle before production.
Can the pack be assembled under the IMMEX temporary import?
Yes — for international sponsors that bring in the principal object or the regional products from abroad under the IMMEX programme, we coordinate the temporary import through the event's customs broker and re-export at the event close. The CFDI 4.0 carries the IMMEX program folio.
Can we ship the sponsor VIP pack abroad to a sponsor principal?
Yes — we coordinate international shipping via DHL Mexico or FedEx Mexico with the CFDI 4.0 comercio exterior complemento and the export documentation for the destination country.
