Regional leadership kits for Mexican and LATAM manager summits
A regional leadership summit brings together the country managers, the regional directors and the senior leadership of a multinational's Mexican and LATAM operations. The audience is bilingual, geographically distributed and accustomed to operating across markets. We assemble regional leadership kits for the Mexican-based LATAM operations of US tech companies (Microsoft LATAM, Google LATAM, Amazon LATAM, Meta LATAM, Apple LATAM, Oracle LATAM, Cisco LATAM, IBM LATAM, Salesforce LATAM), the Mexican-based LATAM operations of US consumer-goods companies (Procter & Gamble LATAM, Unilever LATAM, Kimberly-Clark LATAM, Colgate-Palmolive LATAM, Johnson & Johnson LATAM), the Mexican-based LATAM operations of US financial-services groups (Citibanamex, J.P. Morgan Mexico, Goldman Sachs Mexico, Morgan Stanley Mexico) and the Mexican-headquartered regional groups (FEMSA, CEMEX, Vitro, Grupo Bimbo, Grupo Alfa, Grupo Elektra, Grupo Lala), in editions of 24–200 kits per summit. CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA, USD commercial invoice for international procurement teams.
Why a regional leadership kit has to handle language, geography and operational complexity
The regional leadership audience is the most-distributed audience in the corporate-merch world. The country managers travel from Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, the Central American markets, the Caribbean markets and the US-Hispanic market. The kit has to land in each market in good condition, with the bilingual handling (ES / EN for the northern Latin markets, ES / PT for the Brazilian market), the personalisation per market and the operational packaging that survives the international shipping.
The kit also has to handle the operational complexity. The country managers bring their spouses or their partners to the social events. The regional directors want a kit that reflects the LATAM region's identity rather than the global brand's identity. The senior leadership wants a kit that anchors the moment at the regional level. Three tiers of audience with three tiers of expectation.

Production window, market-by-market shipping and CFDI
The regional leadership kit opens production 60–90 days before the summit: 30 days for creative, bilingual copy review, personalisation data collection and customs documentation, 21 days for production of the principal object and the personalised accessories, 14 days for the regional product sourcing and the assembly, 5 days for final QC and shipping per market. For summits with 200+ kits across multiple markets, the production opens 120 days in advance.
The shipping is market-by-market. Each market receives the kits 5–7 days before the summit opens, shipped via DHL Mexico or FedEx Mexico with the CFDI 4.0 comercio exterior complemento and the export documentation for the destination country. The Brazilian market receives the kits with the bilingual ES / PT handling; the Caribbean market receives the kits with the bilingual ES / EN handling; the Central American market receives the kits with the bilingual ES / EN handling. The CFDI 4.0 is issued to the regional entity with 16% IVA itemised; for international procurement teams, the commercial invoice is issued in USD with the corresponding CFDI 4.0 in MXN.
FAQ — regional leadership kits
What's the minimum edition size?
24 pieces for a focused regional leadership summit, 80 pieces for a country-manager summit, 200 pieces for a broader LATAM cohort. Below 24 pieces, the per-kit cost becomes inefficient; we recommend a smaller scope (briefing folder + single giveaway) instead of the full kit.
Can the kit be bilingual?
Yes — the briefing folder, the welcome card, the principal object's debossed text and the engraving are bilingual (ES / EN for the northern Latin markets, ES / PT for the Brazilian market). The regional product and the apparel are language-neutral.
Do you ship the kit to each market?
Yes — each market receives the kits 5–7 days before the summit opens, shipped via DHL Mexico or FedEx Mexico with the CFDI 4.0 comercio exterior complemento and the export documentation for the destination country.
Can the kit include a spouse or partner programme?
Yes — for summits that include a spouse or partner programme, we assemble a separate regional Mexican craft kit with the personalised card. The programme is coordinated with the host's events team.
