Pre-IPO roadshow kits for Mexican issuers on the BMV and international exchanges
The pre-IPO roadshow is the issuer's first introduction to the institutional capital. The kit has to walk the regulatory line: substantial enough to feel like a gift, restrained enough to clear the CNBV and the BMV (or the international regulator under SEC, FCA or the equivalent). We assemble pre-IPO roadshow kits for Mexican issuers on the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV), the B3 in Brazil, the Santiago Exchange, the international exchanges (NYSE, Nasdaq, LSE, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the Tokyo Stock Exchange), in editions of 24–120 kits per pre-IPO cycle. The kit's job is to anchor the issuer's narrative on the analyst's desk long after the pricing closes. CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA, USD commercial invoice for the international legs.
Why a pre-IPO kit has to satisfy the regulator, the analyst and the compliance officer
The pre-IPO kit is governed by three compliance regimes at once. The CNBV and the BMV require that the kit does not contain forward-looking statements, does not offer investment advice, and does not constitute a marketing document outside the prospectus. The SEC (for the US legs), the FCA (for the London legs), the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin, for the Frankfurt legs) and the Financial Services Agency (FSA, for the Tokyo legs) each carry their own equivalent. The underwriter's compliance team coordinates the disclaimer language across jurisdictions.
The kit has to satisfy the analyst's expectation. The analyst expects a kit that anchors the issuer's narrative on the desk long after the pre-IPO closes. The principal object, the regional product, the personalised card and the bilingual handling are all part of that expectation. The kit has to walk the line between regulatory restraint and substantive welcome.

Production window, customs and cross-border shipping
The pre-IPO kit opens production 45–60 days before the pre-IPO begins: 21 days for creative, compliance approval, personalisation data collection and customs documentation, 14 days for production of the principal object and the personalised accessories, 7 days for the regional product sourcing and the assembly, 5 days for final QC and shipping per leg. For cross-border pre-IPOs that include the US, the UK and the EU, the production opens 90 days in advance.
The shipping is leg-by-leg. Each leg receives the kits 5–7 days before the leg opens, shipped via DHL Mexico or FedEx Mexico with the CFDI 4.0 comercio exterior complemento and the export documentation for the destination country. The principal object and the regional product are declared on the customs documentation with the appropriate HS codes. For kits that include Denomination of Origin mezcal or extra-aged tequila, we work with NOM-141 compliant producers and the Mezcal Regulatory Council or CRT certification. The kits arrive 2–3 days before each leg opens and are staged at the hotel concierge or the analyst's office.
FAQ — pre-IPO roadshow kits
What's the minimum edition size?
24 pieces for a focused pre-IPO on the BMV only, 60 pieces for a BMV + US pre-IPO, 120 pieces for a full BMV + US + UK + EU pre-IPO. Below 24 pieces, we recommend a single personalised gift instead of a full kit.
Can the kit be personalised to the recipient?
Yes — the principal object, the notebook, the card and the bottle carry the recipient's name or initials. The personalisation data feed is shared by the IR team via a secure spreadsheet and is destroyed on delivery.
Does the kit clear compliance?
Yes — every kit carries the compliance-approved disclaimer page reviewed by the issuer's general counsel, the underwriter's compliance team and the international counsel for the cross-border legs. The kit does not contain forward-looking statements, investment advice or marketing material outside the prospectus.
Can the kit include Denomination of Origin mezcal or tequila?
Yes — we work with NOM-141 compliant producers in Oaxaca (mezcal, Mezcal Regulatory Council) and Jalisco (tequila, CRT). The back label carries the certification number. The export documentation clears customs in each jurisdiction.
