Partner summit kits for Mexican channel and reseller programs

The partner summit is the brand's annual investment in its channel. Distributors, resellers, integrators, ISVs and the OEM partners come together for the year-ahead roadmap, the new-product training, the tiering update and the recognition of the past year's performance. We assemble partner summit kits for tech summits (Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM, Cisco), consumer goods distributor meetings (Walmart, Soriana, Chedraui, Liverpool), automotive dealer conferences (the OEM networks of Toyota, VW, GM, Kia, Nissan, Stellantis, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi) and the financial-services partner programs, in editions of 80–600 kits per summit. CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA, USD commercial invoice for international brand partners.

Why a partner summit kit has to recognise the partner, not just the brand

The partner travels to the summit at their own expense. They take two days away from their business to learn the year-ahead roadmap and to renew the relationship with the brand. The kit has to feel like a personal recognition of that investment, not a one-size-fits-all bag of brand swag. The partner who hits platinum tier should leave with a different kit from the partner who hits gold; the partner who is up-and-coming should leave with a kit that signals the brand wants them to grow into the next tier.

The kit also has to function as a working tool during the summit and as a takeaway afterwards. The partner needs the briefing folder for the sessions, the branded notebook for the working sessions, the water bottle for the coffee breaks, the regional product for the home, and the branded apparel for the partner-team photo. Each component has a job.

Range USD 280–620 per kit.

Gold-tier kit

Branded briefing folder with the year-ahead roadmap and the new-product materials; branded notebook with the summit year; branded water bottle; regional product (Oaxacan chocolate); branded apparel (garment-dyed tee); personalised card. Range USD 145–320 per kit.

Partner segmentation, freight and the IMMEX angle

The Mexican partner summit typically segments by the partner tiering (platinum, gold, silver) and by the partner type (distributor, reseller, integrator, ISV, OEM partner). The kits are pre-packed by tier and shipped to the venue or the staging warehouse 5–7 days before the summit opens. Late tier promotions are handled at the registration desk with a tier-upgrade kit staged at the back-of-house.

For summits held at the brand's manufacturing plant (Stellantis Toluca, VW Puebla, GM Silao, Kia Pesqueria, the Stellantis Saltillo plant, the Brembo Mexico plant, the Katcon Mexico plant) under the IMMEX programme, the kits are procured locally with the IMMEX program folio on the CFDI 4.0. For international brand partners that ship the kit elements from abroad, we coordinate the temporary import through the venue's customs broker and re-export at the summit close. For partners that ship the kit to their home office after the summit, we coordinate international shipping via DHL Mexico or FedEx Mexico.

FAQ — partner summit kits

What's the minimum edition size?

80 pieces for a focused partner summit, 200 pieces for a national partner summit, 600 pieces for a regional LATAM partner summit. Below 80 pieces, the per-kit cost becomes inefficient; we recommend a smaller scope (briefing folder + single giveaway) instead of the full kit.

Can the kit be personalised to the partner?

Yes — the notebook, the card and the apparel can carry the partner's name or company name. The personalisation data feed is shared by the brand's channel-operations team via a secure spreadsheet and is destroyed on delivery.

Can the kit be assembled under the IMMEX temporary import?

Yes — for international brand partners that bring in the kit elements from abroad, we coordinate the temporary import through the venue's customs broker and re-export at the summit close. The CFDI 4.0 carries the IMMEX program folio.

Can the kit be shipped to the partner's home office?

Yes — we coordinate international shipping via DHL Mexico or FedEx Mexico with the CFDI 4.0 comercio exterior complemento and the export documentation for the partner's destination country.
