VIP final bundle: the piece with which the corporate closes the year

The VIP final bundle is the piece with which the Mexican corporate closes the year with the people who matter: the client who renewed the contract, the director who served on the board, the shareholder who sustained the operation, the strategic supplier who delivered. The pieces are curated with the same level as the premium bundle, but the investment range rises because the VIP final piece isn't measured by what it costs but by what the recipient understands upon receiving it. Aged Baja wine with the client's private label, Tonalá crystal engraved with the fiscal year, Taxco silver jewellery with the corporate seal, gastronomic experience curated by a chef. Each piece has full traceability and is delivered with a letter signed by the managing director.

Why VIP final has its own logic

VIP final is not simply premium with a higher price. It is a different range because the piece's logic is different. In premium, the piece is selected so to represent the brand well in everyday use. In VIP final, the piece is selected so to close a cycle: the cycle of the fiscal year, the cycle of the client relationship, the cycle of the director's board participation, the cycle of the strategic supplier's tenure.

When the corporate hands the VIP final piece to the director ending their board term, the piece says "your participation was important and we will remember it". When the corporate hands it to the client who renewed the contract for the fifth time in a row, the piece says "we have spent five years building together and we want you to have something that represents that". When the corporate hands it to the strategic supplier who delivered on their promise all year, the piece says "you are part of what we did this year and we want to acknowledge it".

Each of these gestures has a different audience, a different reading, and a different appropriate piece. That's why the VIP final is curated with the client piece by piece. The initial conversation with the area requesting the kit (general management, board, investor relations, HR) defines what piece is appropriate for each recipient. That conversation typically takes an hour and is documented with the client so the result stays consistent across subsequent closes.

VIP final is also differentiated by delivery. It does not go out by standard courier. It is delivered by hand at a formal event (board dinner, shareholders meeting, client office visit, hospitality at a hotel), or shipped to the recipient's personal address with premium courier (DHL Express with identity verification, agreed timing and reception confirmation with photo and recipient name). The delivery is part of the message.

Components of the VIP final bundle

The bundle runs in three versions depending on recipient and message logic: outgoing-director kit (3 high-end pieces), strategic-client kit (4 curated pieces), and long-standing-shareholder kit (3 pieces with heritage value). All three versions are delivered in a rigid box or wooden box with personalised letter.

Aged wine with client's private label

Aged red wine from Valle de Guadalupe (Baja California) with 24 to 36 months of French-oak barrel ageing. Specific vintage selected per winery availability. Private label designed for the client and produced in a Tijuana label workshop with hot stamping, relief and selective UV varnish. Numbered bottle (if the run is limited) or unnumbered (if the run is open). Individual wooden box with logo engraving. COFEPRIS sanitary compliance and current sanitary registration.

Tonalá crystal engraved with fiscal year

Lead-free crystal made in a Tonalá (Jalisco) family workshop with DOT origin recognition where applicable. Low-relief design with the client's logo, fiscal year (e.g. "2026") and the recipient's name. Each piece signed by the artisan who made it. Individual packaging in a rigid white box with velvet lining and a card with the workshop's history. NOM-251 compliance where food contact applies.

Taxco silver jewellery piece with corporate seal

.925 silver jewellery piece made in a Taxco (Guerrero) workshop with the corporate seal: cufflinks for gentlemen, brooch for ladies, lapel pin, or clasp for the executive. Design curated with the client. Matte-polished or mirror-polished finish per preference. Individual packaging in a black velvet box with the workshop's card and the artisan's name. NOM-231 compliance for silver jewellery. For director, long-standing shareholder or long-serving executive.

Gastronomic-experience box curated by a chef

Box with gourmet products curated by a recognised Mexican chef: Baja olive oil, Guerrero salt, Yucatán honey, Xico jam, Oaxacan molcajete salsa, CDMX bean-to-bar chocolate, Tlalpan artisanal bread. Each product with sanitary registration and NOM-251 compliance. Card with the chef's story and each product. Wooden box with the corporate's seal. For VIP client who is a foodie, gastronomy board member or private-dinner host.

Piece-by-piece curation

The VIP final piece is selected with the client in direct conversation. For the director ending their term, the typical pick is engraved crystal or wooden plaque with recognition text. For the client who renewed the contract, the typical pick is a daily-use piece the client takes to their office: high-end roller pen, leather briefcase, travel set. For the long-standing shareholder, the typical pick is a piece with heritage value: aged wine with private label, silver jewellery, or curated experience (private dinner, travel, activity).

The VIP final catalogue includes options the corporate does not find in the standard catalogue: high-end roller pens from premium brands (Montegrappa, Visconti, Parker limited edition), hand-crafted leather briefcases from León workshops, leather travel sets with trolley and dopp kit, Taxco silver cufflinks with personalised design, engraved crystalware sets, and experience boxes (private dinner with chef, weekend at a hacienda, balloon flight over Teotihuacán).

The curation conversation typically takes an hour and is documented with the client. It starts with the question about the recipient: director, client, shareholder, supplier? It continues with the question about the message: what does the corporate want the recipient to understand upon receiving the piece? It ends with the question about use: is the piece for office use, to take home, to collect, to gift?

For pieces with heritage value (aged wine with numbered private label, limited-series silver jewellery, special-edition crystal), we require 50% upfront on confirmation and 50% before delivery. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at fiscal year-end close with full deductibility. For daily-use pieces (roller pen, briefcase, travel set), the flow is the same as the standard premium.

Packaging, delivery and reception validation

VIP final packaging is half the message. The wooden box with engraved lid carrying the client's logo, lined in velvet or natural silk, with magnetic closure and wax seal, communicates the level of care before it's even opened. For pieces delivered at a formal event, the packaging is replaced by a presentation box with silk ribbon and the managing director's personal card.

Delivery at a formal event is the most common option. When the corporate holds a board dinner at a restaurant, hotel or hacienda, the piece is delivered at the start of the dinner with the director's or board chair's speech. Logistics are coordinated in advance with the venue and with the client's protocol team to ensure the exact moment of delivery. The speech and the piece align: the piece must arrive in the recipient's hand at the moment the speech mentions it.

Delivery to personal address happens with premium courier (DHL Express, FedEx Priority) and recipient identity verification. For a director or shareholder with a personal assistant, we coordinate in advance with the assistant the date, time and exact delivery address. The delivery confirmation reaches the area that requested the kit with a photo of the delivered piece (without showing the box contents for privacy), the recipient's name and the recipient's or assistant's digital signature.

For pieces delivered in hospitality (hotel, restaurant, hacienda), we coordinate in advance with the property and the event's logistics operator. The piece is delivered to the property 24 to 48 hours before the event, kept safe in the recipient's room, and delivery is confirmed by phone to the recipient's assistant before the guest arrives.

Pricing, MOQ and timelines

Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The outgoing-director kit (3 high-end pieces) starts at $12,500 MXN per unit from MOQ 3. The strategic-client kit (4 curated pieces) starts at $8,500 MXN from MOQ 5. The long-standing-shareholder kit (3 pieces with heritage value) starts at $18,500 MXN from MOQ 3. For individual pieces (numbered-private-label aged wine, limited-series silver jewellery), the range goes from $25,000 MXN up to $80,000 MXN.

Production times are 25 to 35 business days for pieces with curation and individual engraving. Pieces with private-label wine or limited-series jewellery require 8 to 10 weeks ahead for full production (design, prototype, client approval, production). Last-minute urgent orders process in 12 to 15 business days with a 50% surcharge on the unit price and limited availability.

For corporates with a recurring calendar (VIP final every year in the same window), we run a contract with preferential pricing, advanced piece curation with the supplier (winery, crystal workshop, jewellery workshop), and safety stock for higher-rotation pieces. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at fiscal year-end close with full deductibility.

FAQ — VIP final bundle

Can you include wine with numbered label?

Yes. For limited series (typically 20 to 50 bottles), we handle numbered labels (e.g. "001/100", "002/100") with a numbering certificate. Numbering is coordinated in advance with the winery and documented in each piece's dossier. The additional cost per numbering is $350 MXN per bottle.

Does the Taxco jewellery comply with NOM-231?

Yes. All silver jewellery in our VIP catalogue complies with NOM-231 which regulates the Mexican silver law. Each piece carries the Taxco workshop seal, the .925 silver seal, and the certificate of origin. The catalogue includes cufflinks, brooches, pins, rings and bracelets with design curated with the client.

Can you deliver to the director's personal address?

Yes. We deliver to the director's or shareholder's personal address with premium courier (DHL Express or FedEx Priority) and recipient identity verification. For deliveries with a personal assistant, we coordinate in advance with the assistant the date, time and exact address. Confirmation reaches the requesting area with photo, recipient name and digital signature.

Is the wooden box reusable?

Yes. The VIP final wooden box is designed so the recipient reuses it as a decorative or storage piece. The wood is oak or walnut with natural finish, the inner lining is washable velvet or silk, and the closure is magnetic or with metal hinge. The lid carries the client's laser-engraved logo. The box becomes part of the piece and makes it memorable for longer.

Can you handle individual pieces instead of the full kit?

Yes. For corporates that prefer to deliver a single high-value piece instead of a kit, we handle individual pieces: numbered-private-label aged wine from $25,000 MXN, limited-series silver jewellery from $18,000 MXN, chef-curated gastronomic experience from $12,000 MXN per person. The invoice is issued with the individual piece and the Carta Porte complemento when shipping applies.

Can you curate the piece with a specific message from the managing director?

Yes. The letter signed by the managing director or board chair is drafted with support from the client's communications area and printed on thick paper with low-relief letterhead. The letter is included in each VIP final box in a paper envelope with wax seal or holographic sticker. For individual pieces, the letter is delivered separately with the piece.
