Friday 2026 Package: single Friday delivery at weekly closing

The Friday 2026 Package is the single weekly Friday delivery scheme that Operations, Warehouse and Marketing areas at convenience chains (OXXO, 7-Eleven, Circle K), restaurants with strong weekend demand (Starbucks, Vips, Chilis, Domino’s), franchises with Friday peak sale (McDonald’s, KFC, Pizza Hut), and specialised retailers (Suburbia, C&A, Coppel, Elektra) contract to resolve consolidated restocking at week closing and leave it ready for the weekend. Delivery is scheduled exclusively on Fridays in the afternoon (typically 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) at each client site, with weekly invoicing issued at Friday closing and CFDI 4.0. The cadence aligns with the Mexican weekend-peak consumption culture and allows the client to concentrate operational provision for Saturday and Sunday.

Weekend uniform restocking

Weekend POP material

POP material for the weekend promotion starting Friday night: Friday to Sunday promotion flyer, point-of-sale display, window sticker for promotion, presentation card of the dish or featured product, graphic manual of the promotion for floor staff. Delivery is scheduled exclusively Friday afternoon so the material is ready before the night consumption peak.

Weekend delivery and sample kit

Kit for delivery and commercial sample of the weekend: delivery packaging for home service, packaging seal sticker with QR to menu, restaurant thank-you card, primary packaging sticker, commercial sample kit for sales force. Delivery is scheduled exclusively Friday afternoon to cover the weekend order volume peak.

Mexican weekend culture

The Friday 2026 Package responds to a well-documented Mexican cultural pattern: household consumption concentrates on the weekend (Friday night, Saturday and Sunday) with a sales volume that can represent between 35% and 45% of the weekly total for convenience chains, fast food restaurants and specialised retailers. The logistics operation aligned with this pattern allows the client to receive operational provision at Friday closing and have everything ready for the weekend demand peak, without the need to maintain an elevated safety inventory between weeks that generates warehouse costs.

We coordinate with the client's Operations area to adjust the day and time of delivery per operational needs: Friday afternoon (2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) is the default schedule, but for corporates with nighttime operation (24-hour restaurants, convenience) it can be programmed for early Saturday (6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.) or Friday night (8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.). For chains with over 30 sites, we handle optimised logistics routing by geographic zone that groups Friday deliveries to reduce the unit courier cost.

Friday logistics and consolidation

The Friday 2026 Package operates with consolidated weekly logistics exclusively on Fridays. Delivery is scheduled for Friday in the afternoon (typically 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) at each client site, with specialised courier and reception confirmation by the Warehouse area. For corporates with the IMMEX beneficiary registry, we handle Carta Porte 3.0 when the pieces cross the northern or southern border under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA/T-MEC). Invoicing operates with CFDI 4.0 and 16% VAT breakdown, issued weekly at Friday closing with the consolidation of all week deliveries.

For General Regime enterprises, weekly invoicing allows deducting the commercialisation, staff provision or operational services expense under article 27 of the LISR. For SMBs under RESICO, we handle simplified invoicing with 16% VAT breakdown and deduction support as operating expense. Coordination with the client's Operations area allows adjusting cadence and volumes per site, and weekly consolidation with CFDI 4.0 allows automatic fiscal reconciliation with the client's accounting system.
