Tourist welcome package: the welcome kit that tells the corporate story to a visitor arriving from outside
The tourist package in Mexico serves a distinct function from mass merch: the visitor arrives with luggage, does not know where to buy water, and the kit they receive at the hotel lobby or at the corporate is the first tangible lesson about who the counterparty is. We run five tiers: hotel welcome kit for passing corporate visitors (light curation, MXN $250 to $600), corporate lobby welcome kit (editorial curation, MXN $600 to $1,800), plant tour kit (operations curation with EHS compliance, MXN $1,800 to $4,500), international delegate kit (premium bilingual curation, MXN $4,500 to $18,000) and VIP commercial mission kit (experience curation, MXN $18,000 to $80,000). The kit is delivered at the airport, hotel, corporate, plant or in the event venue.
Tourist package tiers

Operations curation with EHS compliance for plant inspection tours: high-visibility vest with the corporate logo, safety goggles, field pen, plant dossier, card of the Production manager. Delivery at the plant entrance with EHS compliance signature.International delegate
Premium bilingual curation (Spanish-English or Spanish-French) for Latin American, US, European or Asian delegates: everyday-use piece with discretion (thermal mug, mug, leather notebook), Mexican artisan piece (Oaxacan textile, Tonalá ceramic, Taxco jewellery), welcome letter from the CEO, gift — visit scheduling. Delivery at the airport with premium courier.VIP commercial mission
Experience curation for commercial missions: dinner at a high-end restaurant with the destination chef, private tour of an emblematic site, art piece commissioned by a local artist. Box with the narrative (itinerary, CEO letter, photo keepsake), international protocol compliance and invoicing with foreign-trade supplement.Customs, IMMEX, USMCA and binational missions
The tourist package for international visitors operates under strict customs compliance: Mexican pieces that cross the border (Oaxacan textile, Tonalá ceramic, Taxco jewellery, mezcal or tequila, hand-made sweets) require declaration at the destination country's customs, an export pedimento when the value exceeds the threshold, and compliance with the destination's phytosanitary and zoosanitary regulations when applicable. For commercial missions with the United States and Canada, we handle USMCA compliance with a certificate of origin and traffic in USD at the Banco de México exchange rate of the invoice day.
For commercial missions with Europe, we handle compliance with the European customs code with an export pedimento, declaration at the destination country's customs and compliance with the destination country's product regulations (especially for pieces carrying tequila, mezcal or regulated foods). For commercial missions with Asia, we handle compliance with the destination country's regulations (especially for pieces with animal or plant content). For intra-Latin America commercial missions, we handle compliance with the bilateral treaty and invoicing with foreign-trade supplement in Spanish or bilingual. Tourist package shipping logistics to the destination country is quoted separately by volume, destination and weight.
Language, corporate brand manual and Mexican piece
The corporate brand manual is the starting point, not the end, of the tourist package: the Mexican piece is what distinguishes the visitor who was received in Mexico from the visitor who was received anywhere else. For Latin American visitors, we handle artisan pieces from Oaxaca, Chiapas, Jalisco, Michoacán, Puebla or Yucatán, with compliance with the Federal Popular Art Law and the regulations of the Secretaría de Cultura. For US and Canadian visitors, we handle pieces with FDA and USDA compliance when applicable. For European visitors, we handle pieces with REACH compliance and the European product code.
The kit language adapts to the visitor's country of origin: Spanish-English for the US and Canada, Spanish-Portuguese for Brazil, Spanish-French for Haiti and the francophone Caribbean, Spanish-German for Germany and Switzerland, Spanish-Japanese for Japan. The welcome card is hand-signed by the CEO and by the Institutional Relations manager, and is translated into the visitor's language when applicable. Kit delivery is documented with courier waybill and visitor signature, and SAT invoicing is issued with 16% VAT breakdown (or zero-rate for export) and support for deductibility as an Institutional Relations or Foreign Trade expense.
