Quarterly package — the recurring merchandise that runs itself every 90 days

The quarterly package is the subscription modality that Corp-Merch.MX offers to Mexican corporates with constant personnel rotation, IMMEX operations in the north of the country, or permanent training and merchandise programs requiring scheduled deliveries every 90 days. The quarterly subscription is signed once and renewed automatically every three months while the client does not request cancellation with at least 30 days notice before cycle close. The invoice is issued automatically at the start of each quarter with CFDI 4.0 and the fiscal compliance report is delivered at cycle close with the complete traceability of each delivery.

Five use cases of the quarterly package

IMMEX with high rotation

For manufacturing sector corporates with IMMEX plants in Saltillo, Ramos Arizpe, Apodaca, Querétaro, or San Luis Potosí that report mass personnel onboarding each quarter: the quarterly subscription ensures welcome merchandise, PPE kit, institutional t-shirt, and corporate ID for each onboarding wave. Delivery is scheduled with 8 days advance to the onboarding date reported by Human Resources.

Continuous training

For corporates with permanent training programs before the STPS, technical certifications (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, BPM), or leadership courses taught monthly: the quarterly subscription ensures instructor and participant kits for each session, with NOM-035 compliance on psychosocial risks and registration before the distance training platform.

Retail with store rotation

For retailers with high store personnel rotation (due to seasonality, new location openings, intern program): the quarterly subscription ensures personnel uniform (t-shirt, apron, cap, PVC ID), new collaborator kit, and internal promotion kit. LFT compliance and internal work regulations.

Finance with VIP client delivery

For financial sector corporates with VIP client portfolio receiving corporate merchandise each quarter as part of the loyalty program: the quarterly subscription ensures curated box with corporate piece and account executive letter, with LGRA compliance when the recipient is a public official and PLD legislation when value exceeds thresholds.

B2B services company

For B2B services corporates with corporate client portfolio receiving merchandise as part of the service contract: the quarterly subscription ensures the commercial relationship maintenance piece (curated box, desk item, limited edition). Coordination with the Commercial Directorate for delivery calendar and client satisfaction report.

Why the quarterly subscription is convenient

The quarterly subscription is convenient for corporates with recurring and predictable merchandise need. The economic convenience is direct: Corp-Merch.MX reserves plant capacity and raw materials with subcontracted manufacturers for a twelve-month horizon (four quarters), which allows passing to the client a discount of 5 to 9 percent over the quarterly list price. The operational convenience is also direct: the client's Purchasing area executes a single tender per year instead of four, and the fiscal area reconciles four quarterly CFDIs with a single supplier instead of managing multiple tenders and suppliers.

The strategic convenience is the most important for corporates with high personnel rotation. When Human Resources knows that the new onboarding merchandise will arrive 8 days in advance, it can schedule onboarding dates with confidence and new collaborators have a consistent onboarding experience from day one. That consistency in the employee experience is a documented factor of talent retention, especially at IMMEX plants where voluntary rotation can reach 8 to 12 percent monthly.

The quarterly subscription allows canceling, modifying, or suspending the service with 30 days notice before cycle close, without penalty. Pieces already manufactured at cancellation time are delivered per the original timeline and invoiced at the current quarter price. Pieces pending manufacturing are canceled without charge and reserved materials are released to other clients. This flexibility exists because Corp-Merch.MX understands that Mexican corporate needs change with the economic cycle and that corporate merchandise is not an irrevocable consumption commitment.

The quarterly subscription includes the complete fiscal traceability service: each delivery is documented with CFDI 4.0, Carta Porte 3.0 when transfer applies, IMMEX pedimento when merchandise is temporarily imported, photographic evidence of delivery, and recipient signature. The quarterly fiscal compliance report is delivered to the client within 10 business days following cycle close and digitally archived with five-year validity per the CFF.

Standard quarterly timeline

The standard quarterly timeline has four milestones: order confirmation for the quarter happens on day 5 of the first month of the quarter; production starts on day 8; delivery leaves the fiscal warehouse on day 18; delivery reaches the recipient between days 22 and 28 of the first month. The quarter invoice is issued on day 30 of the first month dated the first business day of the quarter. The fiscal compliance report is delivered within 10 business days following quarter close (that is, day 15 of the first month of the following quarter).

Corporates with differentiated timeline can adjust the confirmation and delivery milestone without affecting the price. Adjustments are documented in an addendum to the subscription contract signed within 15 days following the request. Corp-Merch.MX recommends that the adjustment be requested at least 30 days in advance to the close of the previous cycle to not affect plant capacity planning.

The timeline can be suspended temporarily (for example, during plant vacation period or production stoppage) with 30 days notice. The suspension generates no charge: the suspended quarter is extended to the contract end and the subscription resumes on the date the client notifies. This flexibility is particularly useful for manufacturing sector corporates with scheduled plant stops in July-August or in the last week of December.

What the quarterly subscription does not include

The quarterly subscription does not include piece delivery outside the scheduled calendar. For urgent deliveries (unplanned product launch, strategic client visit, audit attention), an independent quote is required with a surcharge of 20 to 35 percent over the list price. Urgent delivery is invoiced in a single CFDI independent of the current quarter.

The quarterly subscription does not include digital marketing services, advertising agency, or influencer management. Corp-Merch.MX is a physical merchandise supplier with fiscal traceability; the communication strategy is designed and executed by the client's Marketing area or the agency the client works with. Neither does it include personal data protection compliance when merchandise includes tracking technology (GPS USB, Bluetooth beacon, active RFID).

The quarterly subscription does not include piece substitution for model change or brand update. When the client updates their graphic identity (new logo, new color palette, new claim), pieces in circulation continue to be delivered until the contracted inventory is exhausted; new pieces are quoted as an additional order with the new design. Corp-Merch.MX recommends that brand updates be scheduled at the start of each fiscal year to avoid inventory mix.
