Final seasonal package: the box that lands on the employee's desk before Día de Muertos or Christmas

The final seasonal package is the corporate's year-end gifting drop to employees, strategic customers and suppliers, calibrated to the moment of the year: Día de Muertos pan dulce and atole in late October; Buen Fin kits in mid-November; Christmas piñatas, ponche and corporate hot chocolate in December; Año Nuevo sparkling wine from Guanajuato or Aguascalientes; Día de la Madre and Día del Padre kits in May and June; back-to-school kits for September; Fiestas Patrias kits for September 15 and 16. We work with HR, marketing and corporate-gifting teams at manufacturing plants, financial institutions, consumer-goods companies, retailers and logistics operators across Mexico. Production from 100 pieces per season. CFDI 4.0 invoicing filed at SAT, 16% VAT, SPEI payment complement, deductibility assessment per CFF article 27, and customs handling under USMCA for cross-border seasonal drops.

Capture, dietary restrictions and tax deductibility

The final seasonal package requires pre-collection of the recipient's full name, corporate position, RFC when invoicing is required, corporate or home address, and any dietary, religious or cultural restrictions (vegan, kosher, halal, gluten-free, nut-free). The capture sheet is cross-referenced with the corporate HR system or the customer-CRM and duplicates are removed before piloting. For seasonal drops to suppliers or customers, the corporate protocol office validates the recipient list with the procurement or key-account team.

Tax deductibility of the seasonal-gifting expense follows CFF article 27: the package must be identified with the recipient's RFC when applicable, supported by a CFDI 4.0 with the corporate's tax data, and the expense must be strictly necessary for the corporate's activity. For cross-border seasonal drops under USMCA we issue CFDI 4.0 with the export complement and the customs documentation (pedimento, CO, commercial invoice) when the package crosses the border. The invoice is filed in MXN at the Banco de México FIX exchange rate of the day, with the option to bill in USD when the recipient's corporate is the contracting party.

Delivery, calendar and protocol

The final seasonal package is delivered directly to the corporate's office, plant or the recipient's home address with 5 to 10 business days of anticipation for the occasion. For CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Mérida, Puebla and León we offer hand-delivery with uniformed messenger and signature acknowledgement. For the rest of the country we use insured courier with signature on delivery. For cross-border deliveries under USMCA we ship with FedEx International Priority or DHL Express with signature on delivery and full tracking.

The seasonal calendar runs from October (Día de Muertos) through December (Christmas and Año Nuevo), with a one-week pause between seasons for production reset. For corporates with multi-season programmes we offer an annual contract with staggered production and delivery across the year. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is filed to the contracting corporate with the corresponding tax data, 16% VAT and SPEI payment complement in MXN or USD.
