The seasonal package runs on a strict calendar: year-end season requires reservation 90 days ahead (production close in October, delivery in December); Mother's Day requires 60 days (production close in March, delivery in May); back-to-office requires 45 days (close in July, delivery in August); Buen Fin requires 60 days (close in September, delivery in October and November); Christmas and posada requires 90 days (close in October, delivery in December). For corporates running several seasons per year, we run an annual programme with a locked 12-month calendar, volume discount and institutionally coordinated delivery.
The Mexican piece curation is key in the seasonal package: for year-end and Christmas we handle Oaxacan textiles, Tonalá ceramics, Taxco jewellery and Jalisco blown-glass pieces. For Mother's Day we handle wellness pieces and Mexican artisan pieces with compliance with the Federal Popular Art Law. For back-to-office we handle productivity pieces with Mexican pieces embedded (wooden USB, notebook with Oaxacan cloth cover). For Buen Fin we handle pieces carrying the season's discount with compliance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law when the kit includes the promotion.
Tax, PLD and seasonal compliance
Seasonal package tax compliance depends on the tier and the recipient. For year-end and Christmas kits up to MXN $4,000 per employee, we handle deductibility as an Industrial Relations expense without SAT declaration. For kits up to MXN $18,000 per employee or strategic client, we handle deductibility as a Public Relations expense with documentary support. For kits above MXN $18,000, we handle PLD compliance when the recipient is a financial client, SAT declaration when applicable, and compliance with the Ley General de Responsabilidades Administrativas when the recipient is a public official.
Seasonal restrictions apply: for year-end, alcohol is not included without a recipient licence; for Mother's Day, cosmetics are not included without COFEPRIS registration; for Christmas, food is not included without sanitary registration. Delivery logistics is coordinated with the corporate's Corporate Security area for merch entry, and with the corporate reception for employee signature. For employee home delivery, we handle insured courier with tracking and recipient signature. SAT invoicing is issued with 16% VAT breakdown (or zero-rate for export) and support for deductibility as Industrial Relations, Marketing or Public Relations, depending on the kit use.
MOQ, costs and logistics
Year-end kit — from MXN $580 before VAT per piece at a run from 100. Mother's Day kit — from MXN $680 before VAT per piece at a run from 80. Back-to-office kit — from MXN $480 before VAT per piece at a run from 60. Buen Fin kit — from MXN $180 before VAT per piece at a run from 200. Christmas and posada kit — from MXN $780 before VAT per piece at a run from 100. Costs do not include the curated piece, which is quoted separately based on the corporate's budget and the selected piece.
Delivery logistics at the corporate: storage in the corporate warehouse or in our Mexico City warehouse for 14 days at no cost, delivery by Reception with employee signature, restocking during the season. Employee home delivery: insured courier with tracking and recipient signature, in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Tijuana, Mérida, Puebla, León and San Luis Potosí. Reservations are made with a ten-point brief: season, piece count, per-piece budget, delivery date, corporate brand manual, seasonal restrictions, tax compliance, delivery logistics and SAT invoicing.
