Why this Q4 is not just any Q4
The fourth quarter of 2026 arrives with three particularities that distinguish it from any other recent Q4. First, the full entry into force of the Carta Porte 3.0 Complement that in its 2026 version requires additional data for merchandise transfers between warehouses of the same corporate in different federal entities. Corporates with warehouses in CDMX, Monterrey, and Guadalajara must document each transfer with the vehicle key of the carrier, the SCT permit number when the vehicle is federal cargo, and the logistics operator data. Second, the update of SAT criteria for the deduction of year-end gift expenses to clients, which in 2026 tightens documentation requirements (service provision contract with the supplier, evidence of delivery with recipient signature, photo of the piece).
The Q4 2026 package in its URL-inverted form is built to resolve these three particularities in a single piece: each merchandise delivery for aguinaldo, year-end gift to clients, or year-end gift to collaborators travels with its own CFDI 4.0 and its own Carta Porte 3.0 when the transfer crosses state boundaries. Delivery evidence (photo, recipient signature, geolocation) is archived digitally and delivered to the client with the package invoicing so the corporate fiscal area can respond to any SAT requirement on expense deductibility. Taxed merchandise for personnel is reported in the CFDI de nómina with the payment detail complement per ISR Law Article 93.
The third particularity of Q4 2026 is the coincidence of Buen Fin with the 2027 strategic planning period. Retail and mass consumption sector corporates concentrate their logistics and budgetary capacity on Buen Fin during the first three weeks of November, which reduces the capacity to execute the 2027 planning meeting in that period. The Q4 package resolves this coincidence by separating Buen Fin delivery (invoiced and delivered before November 10) from the 2027 planning meeting delivery (invoiced and delivered the last week of November or first of December). The two deliveries share materials and suppliers, reducing total unit cost.
For corporates combining operational aguinaldo merchandise with strategic client gift merchandise, the Q4 package allows consolidating manufacturing in a single production run with a single premium piece supplier, reducing unit cost between 15 and 22 percent compared to two separate orders. The invoice is issued in a single CFDI with two concept lines (aguinaldo + year-end gift to clients) and each line reports materials, run, and unit value so the fiscal area correctly records each cost center.
