Why this Q3 is not just any Q3
The third quarter of 2026 arrives with three particularities that separate it from any other recent Q3. First, the consolidation of the STPS Vive Mexico program that in its 2026 edition will incorporate the dual training component (school-company) for young people returning to classes in August who could join IMMEX programs as apprentices. Corporates participating in this program require specific merchandise for apprentices: uniform with visible identification as apprentice, program manual, presentation card before the plant tutor. Second, the update of the Economy Ministry guidelines for the Hecho en Mexico program, which in 2026 expands the origin certification criteria for textile pieces manufactured in national territory.
The Q3 2026 package in its URL-inverted form is built to resolve these three particularities in a single piece: school merchandise for employees' children is delivered with a donation receipt when ISR Law Article 27 (Fraction I, deductible donations) compliance applies; merchandise for the Vive Mexico program is delivered with the STPS compliance letter and the updated apprentice registry; Hecho en Mexico merchandise is delivered with the origin certification printed on the piece and the verification QR code before the Economy Ministry.
The third particularity of Q3 2026 is the logistical anticipation of Buen Fin. In 2025 Buen Fin reached sales of 191,000 million pesos with the participation of more than 180,000 businesses, and the 2026 edition (November 13-16) expects growth of 12 to 15 percent. Retail and mass consumption sector corporates participating need end-client merchandise to reach distribution centers between October 20 and 31, not later, because November is the peak shipping month for parcel services and fiscal warehouses congest. The Q3 package schedules the pre-Buen Fin delivery with a 14 business day margin before the official event start.
For corporates combining Fiestas Patrias merchandise with pre-Buen Fin, the Q3 package allows consolidating manufacturing in a single production run with shared dyes and materials, reducing unit cost between 12 and 18 percent compared to two separate orders. The invoice is issued in a single CFDI with two concept lines (patriotic + pre-Buen Fin) and each line reports materials, run, and unit value so the fiscal area correctly records each cost center.
