Final merch bundle: the single answer to “I need merch for next week”

The final merch bundle is the rolled-up version of a Mexican corporate merchandising program that needs to resolve every piece of merch for the year in a single purchase order: the onboarding kits of Q1, the giveaways for the Expo Guadalajara booth, the incentives for the Cancún annual convention, the premium-client thank-you packs in Polanco, the technical-onboarding kits at the Querétaro plant, and the launch-event materials in Monterrey. We deliver the bundle curated, consolidated in a single monthly CFDI 4.0 invoice broken down by cost centre, packed per destination and shipped with insured courier to any address in Mexico. Production starts at 50 pieces and scales to 5,000 pieces per event, manufactured in Mexican workshops with USMCA rule-of-origin materials when the corporate has an IMMEX operation on the northern border.

Aggregated apparel line

Combed-cotton polo at 220 g, ring-spun cotton t-shirt at 180 g, Oxford button-down shirt, mid-weight hooded sweatshirt and six-panel cap. Each piece is embroidered, water-based screen printed or laser engraved according to the corporate brand book. The apparel line adapts to the four seasons of the Mexican commercial calendar: the year-end campaign with a holiday motif in November and December, the Buen Fin push with warm tones, the spring launch in March, and the summer convention with institutional colours.

Drinkware and everyday accessories

18/8 stainless-steel tumbler with 500 ml or 600 ml capacity and leak-proof lid, 350 ml ceramic mug with fired-on screen print, water-repellent polyester daypack with padded 15-inch laptop compartment, polyester lanyard with metal clasp and PVC badge holder, and roller pen with metal body, Schmidt cartridge and laser engraving. Each accessory is numbered with the workshop internal code for lot-level traceability.

Stationery and POP material

Institutional folder with letterhead sheets, business cards with hot-stamping, clasp-folder for commercial proposals, branded sticky-note block and A5 thread-stitched notebook with black cover and blind embossing. POP material includes 80 × 200 cm roller-up banner with base and carry bag, 1.5 × 2.5 m rectangular tablecloth with water-based print, floor banner with metal base and acrylic raffle drum for trade shows and conventions.

Packaging and multi-destination shipping

Curated packaging per recipient in non-woven fabric bag, kraft box with wax seal or rigid box with hot-stamping depending on event level. Shipping is scheduled with insured courier to any address in the country: CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Puebla, Mérida, León, Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, Cancún, Veracruz and Querétaro. For corporate clients with cross-border operations we also deliver to Laredo and McAllen with customs preparation when the final destination crosses into the United States under USMCA.

Curated design brief and brand-area sign-off

The final merch bundle starts with a 45-minute brief call with the corporate brand area. That call locks down packaging level, included pieces, quantities per event and per location, colour palette, institutional typefaces and brand-book conduct codes that must be respected. We deliver a written proposal with three curation levels: the essential level with economy textiles and kraft packaging, the professional level with combed-cotton textiles and rigid packaging with wax seal, and the premium level with organic-cotton textiles, anodised accessories and rigid box with hot-stamping. The proposal is signed by the brand area and the production pilot is scheduled.

The production pilot consists of five physical pieces assembled in the workshop, photographed against a white background and circulated to the corporate for approval. With approval we begin the main run in Mexican workshops using Gütermann threads, low-cure plastisol, water-based inks and FSC-certified cardboard. For corporate clients operating under USMCA we manufacture entirely on Mexican soil with the Mexican rule of origin to preserve tariff preference when the employee or client crosses the northern border with pieces of the bundle. CFDI 4.0 invoicing is stamped at SAT with line-item breakdown (apparel, drinkware, stationery, POP, packaging), 16% IVA and SPEI payment complement; when the corporate requires IMMEX deduction we attach the supporting documentation and deliver a copy of the pedimento for pieces with imported components.

Annual programme, consolidated invoicing and LFPDPPP compliance

The final merch bundle runs as an annual contract with a shared calendar for Human Resources and Marketing. Invoicing is consolidated in a monthly CFDI 4.0 broken down by cost centre, location and expense line. For corporate clients with USD budgets we also invoice in US dollars with invoicing in MXN at the Banco de México exchange rate of the stamping day; when the corporate pays from abroad we receive SPEI from a USD account and issue CFDI 4.0 with the international-payment complement. For Russian or European corporate clients with a Mexican subsidiary we invoice in MXN with PPD payment form and complement for USD or EUR payments when the corporate treasury requires it.

Data handling complies with LFPDPPP: name, RFC, CURP, size, email and location are used exclusively to produce and deliver the bundle, are not transferred outside the workshop or the courier provider, are deleted 90 days after delivery and the employee or client may request early deletion. Delivery is signed against a list at the HR module or against a courier acknowledgment at the home address when the corporate authorises it. For cross-border deliveries under USMCA the customs documentation includes commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin when applicable.

Cost, MOQ and event-level scaling

The final merch bundle at 50 pieces starts at 1,980 MXN plus VAT per unit at the essential level, from 2,640 MXN plus VAT per unit at the professional level and from 3,480 MXN plus VAT per unit at the premium level. Cost varies with textile selection, accessory finish and packaging level. The premium curation with optional executive gift (watch, headphones, limited-edition pen) is quoted separately and evaluated with the corporate brand area. The aggregated MOQ per event is 50 pieces; the annual programme allows combining multiple events of the year into a single staggered order with independent delivery schedules.

For corporate clients with a permanent programme we offer an annual contract with volume-tiered pricing, shared calendar with Human Resources, consolidated invoicing in a monthly CFDI 4.0 broken down by cost centre, and a replacement inventory for new hires after the main event. Delivery to corporate clients in CDMX and the metropolitan area is covered by the workshop within 5 business days; to the interior of the republic it is done with insured courier in 7 to 12 business days depending on destination; for deliveries to Laredo, McAllen and other northern-border cities it is scheduled with customs preparation and a 10 to 15 business-day window.

Frequently asked questions

Can different events share a single annual purchase order?

Yes — the annual contract combines onboarding kits, trade-show giveaways, convention incentives, premium-client packs and launch kits into a single order with independent delivery schedules. Each event is invoiced in its own CFDI 4.0 with line and cost-centre breakdown, and is delivered with insured courier to the event venue. The annual consolidation also unlocks volume-tiered pricing and consolidated payment against conforme delivery.

Do you work with corporate clients that run IMMEX operations on the border?

Yes — we manufacture entirely on Mexican soil under the USMCA rule of origin to preserve tariff preference when the piece crosses the northern border with the employee or client. For corporate clients with an IMMEX plant in Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, Matamoros or Reynosa we attach the rule-of-origin supporting documentation and deliver a copy of the pedimento when the piece includes imported components. IMMEX deduction applies when the piece is assigned to plant personnel and integrated into the corporate fixed-asset inventory under the corresponding tariff heading.

Can pieces be swapped for equivalents within the same curation level?

Yes — we manage equivalences in apparel, accessories and packaging. If the corporate prefers a fountain pen over a roller, a glass tumbler over ceramic, or a kraft box with seal over a rigid box with hot-stamping, we keep the curation level and brand expression without moving the unit cost by more than 8%. Equivalences are approved by the corporate brand area before the production pilot and documented in the purchase order for traceability.

Does the bundle ship to multiple locations in one order?

Yes — we ship to multiple corporate locations in a single order with per-location routing, recipient list and individual delivery acknowledgment. The CFDI 4.0 is issued on a consolidated basis for the full order with breakdown by location and cost centre, and is delivered with insured courier in 5 business days in CDMX, 7 to 12 business days to the interior of the republic and 10 to 15 business days for northern-border deliveries with customs preparation.
