Monthly 2026 Package: monthly drip-feed for hotels, restaurants and chains

The Monthly 2026 Package is the monthly drip-feed scheme (dosed delivery per month) that Operations, HR and Marketing areas at hotel chains, restaurants, multi-location retailers, corporates with distribution networks and franchises contract to resolve recurring procurement of staff provision, guest amenities, POP materials and uniforms on a constant basis. Delivery is scheduled for the same day of each month (typically day 1 or day 15) at each of the client's sites, with single invoicing at month closing and CFDI 4.0. It covers the month's recurring lines with agreed runs, fixed unit price and consolidated national logistics. Invoicing operates with deduction support under RESICO or the General Regime.

Delivery is scheduled for day 15 of each month per the reservations calendar.

Monthly POP material

Monthly POP material for retailers, restaurants and chains: updated menu for the period, promotional flyer of the active promotion, point-of-sale (POS) display with the month's promotion, graphic manual of the promotion for floor staff. Delivery is scheduled for the last business day of the month prior to promotion start, with runs distributed per site per expected traffic.

Monthly seasonal uniform

Seasonal uniform for monthly restocking: warm uniform (October-March) with jacket, scarf and hat; cool uniform (April-September) with short-sleeve shirt, cap and sunscreen; rain uniform with raincoat and boots for delivery personnel. Provision is delivered per the seasonal calendar of each region of the country.

National drip-feed logistics

The Monthly 2026 Package operates with consolidated drip-feed logistics to client sites across the national territory. Delivery is scheduled for the same day of each month (typically day 1 or day 15) at each site, with specialised courier and reception confirmation by the Goods Reception area. For chains with over 50 sites, we handle optimised logistics routing that groups deliveries by geographic zone to reduce the unit courier cost. Coordination with the client's Operations area allows adjusting delivery addresses and volumes per site per actual operation.

For corporates with the IMMEX beneficiary registry, we handle Carta Porte 3.0 when the pieces cross the northern or southern border under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA/T-MEC). We coordinate with the client's customs agent for the foreign trade complement process before SAT. Invoicing operates with CFDI 4.0 and 16% VAT breakdown, and is issued monthly with the actual delivery date of the pieces and the lot serial number when the piece requires it.

Multi-site model and franchises

The Monthly 2026 Package is specially designed for corporates with multi-site networks: hotel chains (Grupo Posadas, Grupo Fiesta Americana, Hoteles NH, City Express), restaurants (Alsea, CMR, Grupo Gigante, El Arrastre del Norte), retailers (OXXO, 7-Eleven, Walmart, Chedraui, Soriana), franchises (McDonald’s, Starbucks, Domino’s, KFC), and corporates with own distribution in multiple cities. The scalability of the monthly drip-feed allows adjusting volumes per site per business seasonality: more provision in high tourism season, less in low season; more uniforms in warm season, less in cold season.

Invoicing operates with CFDI 4.0 and 16% VAT breakdown, issued monthly at month closing with consolidation of all period deliveries. For General Regime enterprises, monthly invoicing allows deducting the commercialisation, staff provision or institutional relations expense under article 27 of the LISR. For SMBs under RESICO, we handle simplified invoicing with 16% VAT breakdown and deduction support as operating expense. We coordinate with the client's Purchasing area for budget planning and with the Finance area for fiscal reconciliation.

Run sizes, budget and 2026 window

For corporates with the IMMEX beneficiary registry, we handle Carta Porte 3.0 when the pieces cross the northern or southern border under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA/T-MEC). SAT invoicing is issued monthly at month closing with 16% VAT breakdown and the CFDI use key the Purchasing area requires.
