Marketing corp final bundle: the merch that holds the campaign after the media buy runs out

The marketing corp final bundle is built for Mexican corporates running integrated marketing campaigns —product launch, awareness campaign, loyalty campaign, seasonal campaign, rebranding campaign— that need merch to reinforce the campaign message at point of sale, events, on social media or in the customer experience. It's the kit that sustains brand presence between media flights, between events, and that turns customers or prospects into messengers of the message. The CFDI 4.0 invoice uses CFDI Uso G01 (acquisition of merchandise) when run as deductible commercial spend.

Merch as an extension of the advertising message

The Mexican corporate running disciplined marketing recognises that media advertising has a short life: a TV ad lasts 30 seconds, a social-media post lasts 24 hours in the feed, a digital banner has a 0.5 to 1.5% CTR, an email has an 18 to 25% open rate. Merch, in contrast, lives months or years in the recipient's hand: the t-shirt is worn every week, the thermos goes to the office every morning, the backpack travels every weekend. Merch is the longest-lived advertising investment.

The marketing corp final bundle runs on five parallel tracks: confirmation of the creative brief with the marketing team (6 to 8 weeks out), adaptation of the creative concept to merch with the design team (4 to 5 weeks out), production with lead time (3 to 4 weeks out), delivery to the client's warehouse or distribution points (2 to 3 weeks out) and replenishment during the campaign. For corporates with recurring annual campaigns (typically groups with 4+ campaigns per year) we run a planned calendar with preferential pricing.

The campaign is invoiced with CFDI 4.0 to the client's marketing or communications department using CFDI Uso G01 when treated as deductible commercial spend. For campaigns with social-responsibility components (typical corporates with ESG commitments donating merch for a cause) the invoice carries the specific description and the supporting documentation the sustainability team needs for the report.

Bundle components

The bundle runs in three versions by campaign scope: mass campaign kit (3 functional pieces from 5,000 units), segmented campaign kit (4 premium pieces from 500 units), premium campaign kit (6 curated pieces from 100 units). Each kit includes a piece with the campaign creative concept and the client logo.

220 g/m² combed cotton t-shirt or 380 g/m² sweatshirt with the campaign creative concept printed on chest and back, per the client's approved artwork. Sizes from CH to XGG with size curves documented per client. Base colours: white, black, heather grey or custom Pantone-dyed. Printing via silk-screen (1 to 4 colours), DTG (direct-to-garment digital print) or embroidery depending on piece and volume. The garment keeps its appearance after 50 washes per the technical sheet.

Stainless steel 18/8 thermos with double vacuum wall, Tonalá or Puebla artisan ceramic mug with NOM-251 compliance, or water bottle with pop-top lid. Capacity 350 to 750 ml depending on piece. Printed or laser-engraved campaign creative concept and client logo. Holds temperature per the manufacturer's spec sheet. Individual packaging in a white box with campaign sticker.

Collectible accessory for premium or launch campaigns: enamel-painted metal pin with campaign creative concept and limited-edition number, sticker pack with exclusive laptop or phone design, embroidered patch for backpack or jacket, fridge magnet with curated design. Production with a Mexican art workshop using silk-screen, cold enamel or UV print techniques. Individual packaging with numbered card and marketing director's message.

Multi-channel merch distribution

The Mexican corporate running integrated campaigns operates six main merch distribution channels. Point-of-sale channel (own store, department store, self-service store) runs delivery to the client's warehouse with periodic replenishment based on sales. Event channel (trade show, expo, launch, conference) runs delivery to the venue with temporary warehousing and Corp-Merch.MX staff on site. Digital channel (e-commerce, social media, influencer campaign) runs delivery to the end customer's home via tracked courier.

Customer office channel (branch, distribution centre, plant) runs consolidated delivery to the client's chosen address. Corporate gifting channel (VIP customer, strategic partner, press) runs differentiated delivery per recipient with premium packaging and personalised card. Social-cause channel (donation to a foundation, social-responsibility programme, cause campaign) runs delivery to the foundation or programme with the supporting documentation for the ESG report.

For campaigns with export components (typical corporates with US presence under USMCA or Latin American operations) we run international courier with the Carta Porte 3.0 complement and invoicing in USD, MXN or EUR per the client's fiscal regime. Delivery is coordinated with the fiscal and customs calendar to avoid delays at the northern border or departure airport.

For campaigns with digital components (typical campaign with QR code, landing page, hashtag or Instagram filter) we integrate the QR code engraved or printed on the merch that leads to the campaign landing page, or the printed hashtag the end customer uses on social media. The invoice carries the digital component's specific description and the unit breakdown.

Pricing, MOQ and timelines

Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The mass-campaign kit starts at $185 MXN per unit at MOQ 1,000 pieces. The segmented-campaign kit starts at $620 MXN per unit at MOQ 100 pieces. The premium-campaign kit starts at $1,850 MXN per unit at MOQ 50 pieces.

Production timelines run 18 to 22 business days for fully personalised kits. Series above 5,000 pieces require 30 to 40 business days scheduled 8 to 10 weeks before campaign launch. For urgent campaigns (reactive launch, mitigation campaign) we run express production at 10 to 12 business days with a 30% surcharge.

For corporates running multiple campaigns per year (typically groups with 4+ campaigns) we operate an annual contract with preferential pricing, reserved capacity for each campaign and a tracking dashboard with impact KPIs (units produced, units delivered, cost per impact). The CFDI 4.0 invoice closes at campaign end or on delivery with full commercial deductibility for the client.

FAQ — marketing corp final bundle

Can you handle campaigns with more than 10,000 units?

Yes. For mass campaigns above 10,000 units (typical national product launch) we run production with high-capacity workshops scheduled 8 to 10 weeks before launch. The invoice breaks out units produced and unit cost. Coordination with marketing happens ahead of time to confirm the creative brief and delivery calendar.

Can you handle the client's artwork and adapt it to merch?

Yes. We operate two modes: the client delivers final approved artwork and we adapt it to the production templates of each piece (textile, ceramic, metal, paper), or our design team adapts the client's creative brief to merch with mockup presentation and physical samples. Invoicing segregates by mode with design fees broken out when applicable.

Can you handle merch with a social cause or CSR campaign?

Yes. For campaigns with a social cause or social-responsibility programme we run merch with cause messaging, partial donation to the allied programme or foundation, packaging with educational message and supporting documentation for the client's ESG report. The invoice carries the cause's specific description and the donation breakdown when applicable.

Do you handle merch for digital campaigns with QR code or landing page?

Yes. For campaigns with QR code or landing page we integrate the QR code engraved or printed on the merch that leads to the campaign landing page. The QR code is generated with shortened URL and conversion tracking when the client requires it. The invoice carries the digital component's specific description and the unit breakdown.

Can you handle multi-channel delivery to several distribution points?

Yes. For campaigns with multiple distribution points (client warehouse, event venue, department store, regional office) we run a staggered calendar with differentiated deliveries per point and date. Invoicing segregates per delivery point with 16% IVA broken out and the corresponding CFDI Uso key. Coordination with marketing and logistics happens ahead of time.

Can you handle numbered limited-edition collectible merch?

Yes. For premium campaigns with numbered limited-edition collectible merch we run numbered production with edition certificate, collectible packaging with campaign seal and differentiated delivery per number. The invoice carries the edition number's specific description and the unit breakdown. Coordination with marketing happens ahead of time to confirm the run size and numbering.
