Launch kit final: the first tangible contact between the new SKU and the buyer

The launch kit final is delivered to the B2B buyer, regional distributor, store manager and trade journalist on the day of the new product or SKU launch. A box with the loose product and a folded leaflet cannot sustain the conversation with the buyer who has a 9:00 AM appointment. A black box with hot-stamping of the new isotype, physical product sample in individual packaging, full-line sampler, bilingual catalogue with value proposition, USB with launch audiovisual material, QR card to the product site, and numbered collector's piece with launch consecutive sustains the conversation, closes the order and leaves the buyer holding the new product. We work with corporates in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Puebla, Mérida, León, Tijuana, Juárez, Veracruz and Saltillo running mass-consumption, premium, industrial and B2B launches. Production from 50 pieces. CFDI 4.0 invoicing stamped at SAT, 16% IVA, SPEI payment complement, IMMEX deduction when applicable.

Sampler, packaging and brand-manual consistency

The launch sampler is built with the complete line of the new product in a book-style case or stackable box, with each variant identified by barcode and SKU. The packaging is harmonised with the corporate brand manual in colour, typography, isotype and materials: corrugated cardboard box with four-colour print for mass consumption; rigid box with hot-stamping for premium; institutional folder with laminated pages for industrial. Chromatic consistency rests on converting the launch palette into Pantone Coated and RGB codes for textile, packaging and print suppliers.

The launch catalogue is printed on digital plotter on 200 g coated paper or heavyweight paper for premium, hard-cover bound with Singer stitching and cloth ribbon when the launch is premium. Bilingual translation (Spanish-English) is signed with the marketing area and a specialised sector translator before printing. For launches to the US market under USMCA, the packaging complies with FDA regulations and NOM-251-SSA1-2009 when the product is for human consumption, and the supporting documentation is attached to the kit.

Channel distribution, sales force and pre-sale

The launch kit final is delivered to the distribution channel, sales force and trade journalist through four routes: B2B buyer home address with insured courier, corporate site with signature against list, department store or self-service with POP display, and press room with editorial dossier. For launches with a distribution network of 200 to 5 000 points of sale, the kit reaches the 32 federal entities within 7 to 12 business days with a calendar shared with operations and the distribution channel.

For launches with exclusive pre-sale, the kit includes a QR card to registration and pre-sale folio. For launches to the export market under USMCA, the kit is produced entirely in Mexico under the rule-of-origin so as not to affect the tariff preference when the product crosses the border. CFDI 4.0 is stamped to the corporate with breakdown per line and channel, 16% IVA and SPEI payment complement. When the corporate pays from abroad, CFDI 4.0 is issued with the international payment complement and the Banco de México exchange rate of the day.
