Why the anniversary requires a separate package
The corporate anniversary is a unique moment in the client's annual calendar. It does not repeat each quarter, has no monthly operational equivalent, and usually coincides with the board meeting that reviews first semester results. For that reason, the H3 package is not one more quarter of the calendar: it is a cycle dedicated to celebrating the bond between the company and its people, with premium pieces that in an ordinary quarter would not be justified budgetarily. Anniversary merchandise is an investment in work climate and talent retention, not an operational expense.
The H3 discount is 5 to 9 percent over the sum of the four fronts contracted separately. The discount is smaller than H1 or H2 (8-14 percent) because premium piece rotation is shorter and annual volume is smaller. However, the discount exists because when Corp-Merch.MX receives an H3 order with three months advance, it can reserve capacity with premium piece manufacturers (watches, pens, leather items, jewelry, tequila, mezcal) that typically have 90 to 120 day wait lists in high season.
The H3 package allows consolidating manufacturing of the anniversary premium pieces with the standard pieces of Back to School and September 15 in a single production run, reducing unit cost between 10 and 15 percent compared to two separate orders. The invoice is issued in a single CFDI with three concept lines (anniversary, seniority recognition, Back to School + September 15) and each line reports materials, run, and unit value so the fiscal area correctly records each cost center.
For corporates celebrating a special closed-number anniversary (25, 30, 40, 50, 75, 100 years), the H3 package allows adding a higher-value commemorative piece: numbered limited edition of the corporate flagship product (premium t-shirt, leather item with serial number, anniversary wine line with personalized label). This piece is quoted separately from the base package and invoiced in an independent CFDI with the corresponding fiscal treatment.
