Finance corp final bundle: the kit for the team closing the corporate's numbers

The finance corp final bundle is built for Mexican corporates with structured finance functions —accounting, treasury, internal audit, tax, investor relations (IR), comptroller, financial planning— that need to deliver tangible recognition to the team closing the fiscal-year numbers, supporting the external audit, or presenting results to the board and investors. It's the kit the CFO or administrative director delivers at fiscal close, the year-end board meeting, the investor meeting or the close-without-audit-finding recognition. The CFDI 4.0 invoice uses CFDI Uso G03 (general expenses) when run as administrative spend on the finance area, or N01 when treated as taxable compensation.

The Mexican fiscal close and the team that holds it

The Mexican fiscal close (31 December) and the corporate year-end close concentrate between 60 and 90 days of critical work for the corporate finance team: account close, depreciation, inflation adjustments (historical vs replacement costs), provisions, estimates, bank reconciliations, SAT pre-fiscal review, preparation of the annual tax return, fiscal dictum when applicable, and presentation of financial statements to the board and investors. The team that holds this close is the same team that supports the following year's external audit.

The finance corp final bundle runs on four parallel tracks: confirmation of the programme with the administrative director or CFO (4 to 6 weeks out), selection of pieces with the internal communications or HR lead (3 to 4 weeks out), production with lead time (3 to 4 weeks out) and delivery to the team with the occasion of the fiscal close or the board meeting (event week). For corporates with recurring fiscal close and quarterly investor meetings we run a planned calendar with preferential pricing.

The kit is invoiced with CFDI 4.0 to the client's administrative or finance department using the CFDI Uso key the fiscal team determines. For deliveries treated as taxable compensation for the finance employee the invoice uses CFDI Uso N01 and is reported as taxable income on the employee's annual return. For deliveries as administrative spend the invoice uses CFDI Uso G03. Deductibility is validated with the fiscal team before the first order of the year.

Board meeting, investor meeting and fiscal dictum

The year-end board meeting (typical between January and March of the year following the close) and the annual investor meeting (typical between March and April) are the two natural stages for finance corp final bundle delivery. The board meeting runs with a premium kit for board members and an executive kit for the team presenting results. The investor meeting runs with a curated kit for top holders and an informational kit for minority investors.

For corporates with mandatory fiscal dictum (typically enterprise groups with revenue above $69.6 million MXN in the previous fiscal year, per Article 32-A of Mexico's Fiscal Code (Código Fiscal de la Federación)) the kit is delivered to the team supporting the external audit to mark the close without findings. The invoice carries the fiscal close's specific description and the supporting documentation the auditor needs to evidence the recognition.

For corporates listed on the stock exchange (BMV, BIVA or NYSE under USMCA) the kit is delivered to the investor relations (IR) team that holds market communication. The invoice carries the IR programme's specific description and is booked to the area's budget. Coordination with corporate communications happens ahead of time to confirm the recipient list and delivery protocol.

For corporates running Digital Platforms or RESICO tax regime at some entities the kit is invoiced with the corresponding key and the supporting documentation the fiscal team requires. Deductibility is validated with the fiscal team before the first order of the year.

Pricing, MOQ and timelines

For urgent deliveries (re-scheduled investor meeting, brought-forward fiscal close) we run express production at 7 to 10 business days with a 25% surcharge.

For corporates with recurring board and investor meetings (typically listed groups or family groups with active boards) we operate an annual contract with preferential pricing, reserved capacity for each meeting of the year and a tracking dashboard with financial KPIs. The CFDI 4.0 invoice closes at the fiscal year-end or on delivery with full deductibility for the client.
