We produce the permanent EU Q4 package in a Mexican workshop with capacity for textile, luxury box-making, metalwork and final assembly. Screen-printing is done with low-cure plastisol or water-based inks per textile; embroidery is executed with high-strength polyester threads with removable backing; laser engraving is applied on steel and aluminium with controlled depth. The shirt is labelled with size, mission code and corporate code for inventory control. Final assembly happens on a bench with packing list itemising content per kit and verification against the purchase order before dispatch.
