The Corporate Q2 2026 Package covers the institutional training peak season, NOM-035-STPS-2018 compliance on psychosocial risk factors at work, and mid-year operational restocking. NOM-035-STPS-2018 obliges Mexican workplaces to identify and prevent psychosocial risk factors and to promote a favourable organisational environment. The Corporate Q2 2026 Package covers the ergonomic provision that derives from psychosocial analyses: adjustable lumbar support for prolonged seated work, keyboard and mouse wrist rest, noise-cancelling headset for open offices, blue light filter glasses, full-spectrum natural light plant. The provision is invoiced as investment in occupational health and safety and is deductible under article 504 of the LFT and SAT guidelines.
For enterprises with operating plants, the package additionally includes heat and cold analysis for warehouse and logistics staff, in line with NOM-015-STPS-2001 on elevated or lowered thermal conditions. The provision includes cooling vest, sun protection cap, UV protection glasses, structured water and sunscreen. Invoicing operates with CFDI 4.0 and 16% VAT breakdown, and is coordinated with Safety and Hygiene for documented delivery.
DC-3 training and certificates
The Corporate Q2 2026 Package covers the delivery of didactic materials for training workshops under the DC-3 model (Design of Competency-Based Training Courses) operated by the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare. The most recurring courses of the April-June quarter are: work at heights, forklift operation, first aid, fire fighting, safety and hygiene committee, and the NOM-035 course for those responsible for psychosocial analyses. The didactic box includes notebook, pen, USB with participant manual, badge and lightweight backpack; optionally the diploma or DC-3 certificate issued by the certifying instructor is added.
For enterprises with internal training centres, we handle runs from 100 units per course with weekly deliveries during the quarter and invoicing as training expense under the client's fiscal regime. For SMBs under RESICO, the simplified invoice includes the 16% VAT breakdown and deduction support as training expense per SAT guidelines. We coordinate with the certifying instructor for the issuance of DC-3 certificates and with HR for the registration before the STPS.
