Sizing, capture and travel-ready curation

The final senior executive package requires pre-collection of the executive's full name, position, RFC where applicable, garment size for the bag, suit size for the travel kit, plant or regional assignment, travel pattern (domestic or cross-border), and any dietary or cultural restrictions. The capture sheet is cross-referenced with the corporate roster and the HR or protocol office validates the list before piloting. The leather colour is matched to the corporate's palette, and the monogram is hot-stamped with brass dies calibrated to a constant pressure.

Travel-ready curation differs from a standard executive package in three points: the briefcase is TSA-approved and meets the cabin dimensions of major airlines (Aeroméxico, Volaris, Viva Aerobus, United, American, Delta, Air Canada); the garment bag fits a full suit and a change of clothes for an overnight; and the accessories are selected to pass through airport security without delay. For senior executives who travel cross-border under USMCA, the bag is built to comply with US CBP and Canada CBSA personal-item rules.

Delivery, logistics and tax handling

The final senior executive package is delivered to the corporate's regional office, the plant, or the executive's residence with 5 to 7 business days of anticipation. For senior executives who travel weekly, we deliver to the corporate's office in the destination city (CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Mérida) with signature acknowledgement from the protocol office. For cross-border travel under USMCA, the package is delivered with FedEx International Priority or DHL Express, full tracking, signature on delivery and customs documentation (pedimento, CO, commercial invoice) when required.

The CFDI 4.0 invoice is filed to the contracting corporate with the executive's tax data where applicable, 16% VAT and SPEI payment complement. When the corporate pays from abroad, we receive SPEI from a USD account at a Mexican bank with a US or Canadian correspondent and issue CFDI 4.0 with the international-payment complement at the Banco de México FIX exchange rate of the day. Deductibility of the senior-executive package follows CFF article 27 and must be supported by the CFDI and the corporate's internal policy on executive compensation in kind.

Package for regional VP or commercial director from 14 800 MXN plus VAT per piece at a run of 12. Package for operations or plant director from 11 600 MXN plus VAT per piece at a run of 12. Package for finance or treasury director from 13 400 MXN plus VAT per piece at a run of 10. Package for legal or compliance director from 12 900 MXN plus VAT per piece at a run of 10. Premium curation with leather garment bag or TSA-approved cabin briefcase is quoted separately.

Production timeline runs 25 business days for runs of up to 12 pieces and 35 business days for larger runs. Fine curation with leather garment bag and brass hardware runs 30 to 40 business days. Delivery in CDMX and the metropolitan area is on the workshop's account within 5 business days; nationwide shipping uses insured courier within 7 to 12 business days; cross-border shipping uses FedEx or DHL within 5 to 10 business days. For urgent deliveries with less than 15 business days we activate express production with an additional +40% on the list price.
