The executive gift package curation is built with Human Resources, Institutional Relations and the CEO's office. The corporate brand manual — palette, typography, voice, applications, dress code — is the starting point, not the end. The executive kit must tell the story of the executive with the corporate, not the story of the corporate with the executive. For operations-area executives (plant, logistics, manufacturing), we handle everyday-use curation and industry protocol. For commercial-area executives (sales, marketing, trade marketing), we handle premium curation with lifestyle pieces. For finance-area executives (treasury, controllership, tax), we handle curation with PLD compliance.
For independent board members, we handle art curation with board protocol compliance (delivery before the first session, kit documentation in the meeting minutes, SAT tax compliance). For advisory council members, we handle editorial and experience curation with institutional protocol compliance (delivery at the inaugural session, kit documentation in the council agreement). For international executives, we handle invoicing with foreign-trade supplement and premium international courier delivery. The piece is delivered with a personalised card hand-signed by the CEO and the HR director.
Board session, documentation and limited edition
The session kit for assemblies and boards is delivered at the start of each quarterly or annual meeting with the physical documentation of the agenda: bound volume carrying the CEO's report, audited financial statements, corporate practices committee report, audit committee report, sustainability report and compliance report. The binding is in leather with hot-stamping of the corporate logo, ribbon closure with wax seal, limited edition numbered and signed by the CEO. The kit is delivered in the boardroom with curated coffee break and Institutional Relations attention.
For annual partner or shareholder assemblies, we handle a kit carrying the full agenda documentation, the sustainability report, the corporate governance report, the compliance report and the CEO's letter. For regional or international boards, we handle a bilingual kit (Spanish-English or Spanish-French) with international protocol compliance. For specialised committee sessions (audit, corporate practices, compensation, risks), we handle a kit with the committee's specific documentation and compliance with the internal regulation. The kit delivery is documented with the executive or board member's signature and encrypted acknowledgement, and SAT invoicing is issued with 16% VAT breakdown and support for deductibility as a Corporate Governance or Institutional Relations expense.

The executive gift package tax compliance depends on the tier and the recipient. For operational kits up to MXN $4,500, we handle deductibility as an Institutional Relations expense without SAT declaration. For strategic kits up to MXN $18,000, we handle deductibility as an Institutional Relations expense with documentary support. For board kits up to MXN $80,000, we handle deductibility as a Corporate Governance expense with SAT declaration when applicable. For closure kits above MXN $80,000, we handle PLD compliance, SAT declaration and Federal Labour Law compliance when the kit is for a corporate employee. Reservations are made with a ten-point brief: number of executives, level of each, board date, per-piece budget, corporate brand manual, protocol, tax compliance, delivery location and SAT invoicing.
