The final executive package is the highest curation tier in our workshop — reserved for moments where the object itself has to carry institutional weight: a board appointment, a CEO transition, a 25-year career milestone, a retirement ceremony, a presidency of an industry chamber (CCE, COPARMEX, CONCAMIN, CONCANACO, AMIB, AMVO), or the closing of a transformational acquisition. The package arrives in a rigid box covered in aged leather or linen with brass hardware, the corporate crest hot-stamped on the lid, a wax seal with the corporate monogram and a numbered metal plaque that ties the piece to a specific moment in the corporate's history. Package for industry chamber presidency

Contents: leather document folder with the chamber's crest hot-stamped; luxury pen with the chamber's crest engraved on the cap; personalised cufflinks with the chamber's monogram; bound copy of the chamber's annual report on 200 g coated paper with the president's name hot-stamped on the cover; casebound A5 notebook with the chamber's seal; silk tie in the chamber's colour; and a hand-signed letter from the outgoing president on chamber letterhead.

Package for transformational acquisition closing

Rigid box covered in tobacco-coloured leather with brass closure and engraved with the corporate and the acquired company's crests. Contents: pair of leather document folders (one for the acquirer, one for the acquired) with matching monograms; pair of matching luxury pens with engraving; commemorative crystal with both crests and the closing date; casebound A5 notebook with both crests on the cover; silk tie with both colours woven into the design; a bound document with the closing date and the strategic rationale of the deal; and an invitation to the closing reception on gold-embossed cardstock.

Curation, name capture and confidentiality

The final executive package requires pre-collection of the recipient's full name, position, RFC where applicable, size for the tie and cufflinks, the occasion, the date and the corporate protocol office that signs off on the piece. For high-net-worth individuals we coordinate directly with the family office. Names, monograms and crests are engraved with a 30 W fibre laser or hot-stamped with brass dies, calibrated to a constant depth, and confirmed with a physical proof signed by the corporate secretary before production.

Curation of the final executive package differs from a standard senior-executive package in three points: the packaging material is aged leather, brass-plated hardware and silk lining instead of linen and cardboard; engravings are fire, laser or hot-stamping with brass dies; and the workshop coordinates directly with the corporate-secretary office and the protocol department for delivery to the chairman's office or the executive's residence with a notary acknowledgement when required.

Delivery, protocol and tax handling

The final executive package is delivered by the corporate-secretary office at the corporate's board meeting, the retirement ceremony, the chamber assembly, the closing reception or the executive's residence, with 24 to 48 hours of anticipation. For deliveries to corporate buildings (Torre Reforma, Torre BBVA, Torre Citi, Torre KIO, The Bow, Parque Polanco) we coordinate with security and protocol. For deliveries to private residences in Lomas de Chapultepec, Bosques de las Lomas, Pedregal, San Ángel, Valle de Bravo, Juriquilla, San Pedro Garza García we coordinate directly with the chief of staff or the family office.

The CFDI 4.0 invoice is filed to the contracting corporate with the recipient's tax data where applicable, 16% VAT, ISR withholding where applicable and SPEI payment complement. When the corporate pays from abroad, we receive SPEI from a USD account at a Mexican bank with a US or Canadian correspondent and issue CFDI 4.0 with the international-payment complement at the Banco de México FIX exchange rate of the day. Deductibility of the executive-gifting expense follows CFF article 27 and must be supported by the CFDI and a corporate-secretary acknowledgement of the delivery.

Package for board appointment from 18 400 MXN plus VAT per piece at a run of 8. Package for retirement ceremony from 24 900 MXN plus VAT per piece at a run of 4. Package for industry chamber presidency from 19 700 MXN plus VAT per piece at a run of 6. Package for transformational acquisition closing from 38 500 MXN plus VAT per piece at a run of 2. Premium curation with aged leather, brass plaque or commemorative crystal is quoted separately.

Production timeline runs 30 business days for runs of up to 8 pieces and 40 business days for larger runs. Fine curation with aged leather, brass plaques and silk lining runs 40 to 50 business days. Delivery in CDMX and the metropolitan area is on the workshop's account within 5 business days; nationwide shipping uses insured courier within 7 to 12 business days. For urgent ceremonies with less than 25 business days we activate express production with an additional +50% on the list price, subject to leather and brass availability at the workshop.
