Corp-Z 2026 Bundle: the zero-waste kit replaces the plastic one from this year
Corp-Z 2026 swaps plastic corporate kits for traceable kits in organic cotton, sugarcane, certified recycled plastic and FSC-certified forest wood. The General Law on Circular Economy took effect last year and BMV-listed or SASB-reporting companies must document the traceability of kit materials. Corporates that left the ESG kit for the second half ended up buying pieces available in the local market, which usually have weak certifications or lack the traceability the ESG report requires. Corp-Z was planned so the first delivery of the year lines up with the corporate's first quarterly sustainability report.
Four Corp-Z 2026 lines
Recycled plastic line
Thermos, bottles, backpacks and cases in rPET-certified recycled plastic with traceability from the recycling plant in Monterrey, Guadalajara or Tijuana. GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification when the corporate requires the highest standard, recycled material percentage between 70% and 100% per piece, individual packaging in recycled cardboard without plastic bag.Sugarcane and bagasse line
Notebooks, card holders and primary packaging in sugarcane bagasse with FSC chain-of-custody certification, manufactured in Veracruz or Jalisco. Compostable pieces at end of life, soy-based inks in printing, labelling with composting time under industrial conditions.Certified wood line
Boxes, pencils, USBs and rulers in pine, oak or red cedar with FSC responsible forest management certification, manufactured in Oaxaca, Michoacán or Durango workshops. Linseed-oil finish without solvents, low-consumption laser engraving, packaging in reusable raw cotton cloth.Traceability and ESG reporting for Corp-Z
Corp-Z operates with a piece-by-piece traceability system that the corporate Sustainability area can query in real time. Each kit includes a QR code pointing to the piece's dossier: country of raw material origin, processing plant, certification, estimated carbon footprint, recycled material percentage when applicable, and composting time when the piece is compostable. The dossier integrates into the corporate's quarterly sustainability report and into the annual SASB report when the corporate is BMV-listed or reports under the international standard.
Corp-Z complies with the General Law on Circular Economy in the packaging waste chapter, with NOM-161-SEMARNAT on solid waste handling, and with NOM-251 on product labelling. For corporates operating under the Kyoto Protocol and reporting Scope 3 emissions, Corp-Z includes the per-piece carbon footprint calculation using ISO 14067 methodology and the SEMARNAT local emission factor. For corporates reporting under TCFD, Corp-Z includes the climate risk analysis of the supply chain with RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5 scenarios from the UNFCCC.
Certifications and Corp-Z compliance
Corp-Z operates with four international certifications as a baseline: GOTS for organic cotton, GRS for recycled plastic, FSC for certified wood and bagasse, and Fairtrade when the corporate requires the fair-trade component. Each certification is documented with the manufacturer's licence number, validity date, certification scope and the accredited certifying body. Traceability is verified with third-party audit when the corporate requires it, and each piece's dossier stays available for Sustainability and external auditor consultation.
Corp-Z complies with Mexican legislation in four instruments: the General Law on Circular Economy on packaging waste, NOM-161-SEMARNAT on solid waste handling, NOM-251 on product labelling, and the Federal Consumer Protection Law on warranty and returns. For corporates exporting the kit under the IMMEX programme, Corp-Z includes each piece's HS code for the export pedimento and the compliance analysis with destination country environmental law (USMCA for the United States and Canada, trade agreements with the European Union for Spain and Germany).
