Corp-Y 2026 Bundle: the loyalty programme is signed in November of the previous year

Corp-Y 2026 frames the corporate's annual loyalty programme for clients and prospects via twelve months of scheduled touchpoints. Sales forces at corporates in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara and the Bajío typically sign the programme at the November commercial planning meeting so they start 1 January with the first delivery of the year ready to ship. Waiting until the first quarter means the first top-client delivery lands in March or April, with three months of the programme lost and the commercial relationship strained by the missing detail at the start. Corp-Y is commercial planning, not reactive response: the programme is signed alongside the Marketing and Sales budgets, not improvised.

Four Corp-Y 2026 tiers

Prospect tier

Onboarding box for A-rated prospects: thermo engraved with the prospect's corporate isotype, hand-bound notebook on cream paper, commercial director's card, institutional dossier. Annual run from 200 pieces with average monthly deliveries of 17, with compliance to the prospect's internal gifting policy when the recipient belongs to a corporate with a restrictive policy.

Operational client tier

Quarterly gift for active clients with recurring purchase: premium-use piece (thermo, notebook, pen) each quarter, account executive's card, schedule aligned with the sales force. Annual run from 500 pieces distributed across four waves, invoiced with unit key E48 and deduction support as Commercialisation expense.

Strategic client tier

Semi-annual gift for top clients with master contract: curated piece (Mexican art, wine, premium tequila, experience) each semester, closed meeting with the commercial directorate, CEO-to-client piece. Annual run from 100 pieces, with the client's internal policy compliance and the General Law on Administrative Responsibilities when the recipient is a public official.

Board and directorate tier

Annual curated gift for the client's board of directors and directorate: Mexican art piece, premium-use piece, annual report document with artisan binding. Annual run from 25 pieces with personalised curation piece by piece, SAT declaration when the piece value exceeds MXN $80,000.

Twelve months of scheduled touch

Corp-Y operates on twelve months of contact with four delivery waves: prospects on a monthly wave (12 deliveries), operational clients on a quarterly wave (4 deliveries), strategic clients on a semi-annual wave (2 deliveries), board and directorate on an annual wave (1 delivery). The corporate's sales force sends the updated recipient roster every month with additions, removals and tier changes, and Corp-Merch.MX adjusts the programme with three business days of lead time per wave. The CEO anniversary piece, the birthday piece and the commercial relationship anniversary piece are added to the programme without affecting the cadence of the four waves.

Corp-Y is integrated with the corporate CRM to log the shipment date, the recipient-confirmed reception date via courier, and the recipient's response. The sales force has real-time shipment visibility through the corporate portal and can reschedule a delivery up to 72 hours before shipment without affecting the programme cadence. For corporates with Latin American presence, the programme operates on continental consolidation and international shipping via premium courier with GPS tracking, 5 to 8 business days transit time and customs compliance at each destination.

Fiscal compliance of the loyalty programme

Corp-Y operates under three distinct fiscal regimes depending on the recipient. For prospects and operational clients, pieces are invoiced with unit key E48 and CFDI use G03 general expenses, with deduction support as Commercialisation or Public Relations expense per the tier. For strategic clients, pieces are invoiced with unit key E48 and declared under the client's internal policy when the client has a restrictive gifting policy. For public officials, pieces are declared under the General Law on Administrative Responsibilities with the authorised executive's declaration form and recorded in the executive's asset declaration system when the value exceeds MXN $10,000.

For financial-sector clients with PLD policy, pieces are identified with the recipient's full name and the RFC when applicable, with documentary backup of the commercial relationship. For premium pieces valued above MXN $80,000 delivered to board and directorate, SAT declaration is issued with the corresponding fiscal receipt and the piece is included in the client directorate's annual ISR calculation as in-kind income. Corp-Merch.MX handles the three regimes with an allied accounting firm in CDMX for board declarations and with a certified customs broker for international deliveries.
