Corp Sep 2026 Final Pack — Mes Patrio and the USMCA anniversary

September is the most Mexican month of the corporate calendar: the flag moves to the front, the venues organise independence breakfasts, marketing teams launch the national-pride campaign and VIP-client gifts typically carry the tricolour palette. The Corp Sep 2026 Final Pack is built around that emblematic date: curated patriotic catalogue (pieces with the flag, tricolour bows, discreet catrinas, framed quotes from Hidalgo and Morelos), delivery times that close before 15 September, and a special bilingual Spanish/English version for corporates celebrating the USMCA anniversary —signed 30 September 2018— with subsidiaries in Texas, California, Arizona, New Mexico or Canada. Invoicing is under CFDI 4.0 in Mexican pesos, in USD at the locked rate for cross-border shipments, or in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate when the Eurasian subsidiary receives a gift version.

The architecture of the September pack

The Corp Sep 2026 Final Pack has a single operating window —1 to 25 September— because the emblematic date is 15 September and everything must be delivered before. Sublot 1, 1-5 September, covers the sales-force gifts for their visits to key clients during the month: boxes with tricolour ribbon containing a gift piece (bottle with isotype engraving, notebook with patriotic hot-stamping, desk set with mini flag) accompanied by a card with greeting from the CEO. Sublot 2, 8-12 September, covers internal-use pieces for venue events: tees with the corporate isotype and an anniversary year or the Q3 internal-campaign slogan, caps embroidered with the tricolour ribbon on the brim, and desktop banners delivered as souvenirs of the independence breakfast.

Sublot 3, 15-25 September, covers two audiences: VIP-client gifts that arrive as a Q3 closing thank-you, and the commemorative piece for the USMCA anniversary for corporates with international operations. The USMCA piece is a wooden USB drive with the trilateral logo engraved, accompanied by a card that explains the treaty anniversary and a notebook with a two-colour bilingual cover (Spanish/English). For corporates with a plant under the IMMEX regime, the pack is complemented with training materials for the first half of September. For clients with parent house in Russia or Eastern Europe, the pack is adapted with a Cyrillic cover and invoiced in RUB.

The four guarantees of the September pack

Close before 15 September

The three sublots close on 25 September, but the critical date is the 15th: if the delivery for the independence breakfast is delayed, an 8% credit is automatically applied to the affected sublot in the next CFDI. The workshop runs extended shifts in the first fortnight of the month to secure the close.

Curated and respectful patriotic design

The September catalogue avoids the cheap-tourist-souvenir aesthetic: pieces use the tricolour palette with sobriety, well-typeset historical quotes and engravings on noble materials (wood, leather, brass) that a Mexican corporate can hand over without feeling kitsch.

Bilingual version for USMCA

Sublot 3, 15-25 September, is delivered in a Spanish/English version for US and Canadian subsidiaries, with rigid cardboard that meets CBP and CBSA requirements. The CEO card includes the English translation and, when applicable, the French translation for Quebec.

IMMEX and training compatibility

Materials for the maquiladora plant can be documented as part of the training programme before STPS when the destination is IMMEX, with the foreign-trade complement if the delivery crosses to the foreign parent and Carta Porte 3.0 when the transport is operated by the workshop.

Order modalities and payment structure

The Corp Sep 2026 Final Pack admits three modalities. The first is the consolidated order for the three sublots, which offers the highest production priority and the lowest rate: the workshop assigns dedicated capacity in the first fortnight of September and blocks the necessary shifts. The second is the per-sublot order, which lets the corporate adjust sublot 2 and sublot 3 volume according to marketing-team confirmations received at the end of August. The third is the staggered order with 5% advance-payment discount (when confirmed before 25 August), against-delivery with 15-day term, or mixed with 50% advance and 50% against the last sublot.

For IMMEX clients the invoicing can be documented as part of the training programme when the destination is a maquiladora plant with a programme documented before STPS. For corporates with parent house in the United States, Canada or Brazil we invoice in USD at the exchange rate locked at the start of the month. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate. Payment terms are 15 calendar days for domestic clients and 30 days for corporates with a master contract.

Costs, MOQ and invoicing

The Corp Sep 2026 Final Pack starts at a minimum order of 150 pieces, equivalent to one full sublot for a single venue. The base rate varies by composition: for a standard composition with tees, caps and gift pieces the average rate is $425 MXN before IVA. For a premium composition with gift boxes, wooden USB drives and engraved pieces the average rate is $785 MXN. For a mixed composition with standard and premium products the average rate is $605 MXN. English and French translation of the cards is quoted as an add-on.

We invoice under CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised before SAT at each sublot, with the option of consolidated invoicing at month-close. For cross-border deliveries we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement. Under IMMEX, pieces for the maquiladora plant are invoiced with a complement that documents the training programme. For corporates with subsidiaries in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD at the locked rate. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB. Series with individual data (engraved name, personalised CEO message) are quoted as add-ons to the base pack.
