Corp Weekly 2026 Final Pack — the weekly merchandising cadence

The Mexican corporate that runs on a weekly cadence needs a high-velocity merch scheme that delivers every Monday without renegotiating. The Corp Weekly 2026 Final Pack is that scheme: a recurring drop every week with simple catalogue SKUs (engraved pens, A5 notebooks, 500 ml thermal bottles, basic logo tees, lanyards, stickers), an estimated weekly volume, a fixed delivery day (typically Monday or Tuesday) and weekly consolidated invoicing under CFDI 4.0 in Mexican pesos with 16% IVA itemised, in US dollars at the locked rate for corporates headquartered abroad, or in rubles through the agreement with Russian corporate. The weekly subscription is built for high-turnover operations: channel loyalty programmes that hand out prizes every week, IMMEX operations that provision plants in Baja California and Chihuahua with recurring dotation, retail sales-induction programmes that need floor-impulse material every Monday and field operations that rotate personnel frequently and need immediate dotation replacement.

The mechanic of the weekly drop

The mechanic is high velocity. At the start of the contract the corporate defines a base menu of three to five simple catalogue SKUs, an estimated weekly volume and a fixed delivery day — for example, every Monday before 10:00. Each Friday the workshop account manager confirms with the corporate the detail of next-week’s drop: how many pieces of each SKU, whether there are variable pieces for an activation, whether there are replacements for new-staff dotation. With that confirmation we open the production order Friday afternoon, produce Saturday and Sunday and deliver Monday morning. Invoicing is issued in consolidated fashion the Friday of the next week with all pieces delivered during the operating week.

The base-menu composition is limited to simple high-turnover SKUs because the cadence does not admit pieces with complex individual data or long lead time. When the corporate needs premium pieces, individual pieces or with personalised engraving we take them out of the weekly menu and move them to a monthly order with its own lead time. The weekly menu is built for pieces that do not change: the corporate requests the same volume of the same SKUs almost every week. When there is a structural change in the dotation — for example, a new IMMEX plant opening, a new channel loyalty programme, a new regional office — we review the menu and adjust the weekly volume with one week of lead time.

The four guarantees of the weekly drop

Frozen weekly rate

Unit price of the weekly menu negotiated at the start of the contract, frozen for 52 weeks with INPC adjustment. No weekly renegotiations. Applies to every weekly-menu SKU and to variable SKUs authorised with lead time. Out-of-range volumes are quoted as additions.

20% rotating stock

20% of the average weekly volume kept in a warm warehouse with weekly rotation. Allows responding to cohort expansions, urgent pieces or last-minute changes before the Friday cut-off. No extra cost to the corporate. Rotation report included in the weekly dashboard.

Weekend production

Workshop operating Saturday and Sunday to meet Monday delivery. Dedicated capacity for the corporate with priority over spot pieces. No conflict with the regular workshop production. On a public holiday delivery moves to the next business day without affecting the rate.

Weekly KPI dashboard

Online dashboard with weekly metrics: on-time drop percentage on the agreed day, production quality, budget consumption, stock levels, order-change frequency. User-password access for the operations team. Daily update during the production day.

Drop modalities and invoicing

The Corp Weekly 2026 Final Pack supports three modalities. The first is the closed drop with weekly minimum purchase commitment: the corporate commits to consume a minimum volume every week (typically 50 pieces) and obtains the lowest rate and the highest production priority. The second is the open drop with variable order: the corporate confirms a different volume each week, without minimum commitment, keeping the preferential rate of the master subscription. The third is the alternating-day drop: the corporate picks alternating days of the calendar (Monday/Wednesday/Friday, for example) and we adjust production to meet those dates.

Invoicing is issued in weekly consolidated fashion the Friday of the next week, with CFDI 4.0 in Mexican pesos with 16% IVA itemised, in USD at the locked rate for corporates headquartered abroad, or in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate. For clients under the IMMEX framework the weekly subscription can contemplate the deductibility of the operational dotation spend as part of the staff training and retention programme, provided it is documented with the weekly drop and consolidated delivery to CEDIS. The subscription is signed for 52 weeks with automatic renewal and 30-day cancellation notice.

Pricing, MOQ and invoicing

The weekly drop starts with a minimum commitment of 50 pieces per week, equivalent to 2,600 pieces per year. The base rate varies according to the weekly-menu composition: for a composition with simple SKUs (pens, notebooks, thermal bottles) the average rate is MXN $285 before IVA per piece. For a composition with promotional-category SKUs (lanyards, stickers, magnets, pins) the average rate is MXN $185. For a mixed composition with simple and promotional SKUs the average rate is MXN $235. Rotating stock, weekend production and KPI dashboard are included in the rate.

We issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown before the SAT in weekly consolidated fashion. If the shipment crosses the border we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement and, when shipping is on our carrier, we attach the Carta Porte 3.0 complement. For corporates headquartered in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD with the exchange rate locked at contract start and adjustment by US CPI inflation. For clients with a parent house in Russia or Eastern Europe we invoice in RUB under the agreement with Russian corporate, with weekly payments against documented delivery.
