Corp Q3 Final 2026 Final Pack — summer, trade shows, Independence and Mes Patrio

The third quarter of the Mexican fiscal year is the most Mexican corridor of the calendar. It starts with the second-semester IMMEX compliance sprint (July), continues with trade-show and exhibition season (Expo Guadalajara, ABIE, TI Expo, the CANACO regional fairs and the sector chamber conventions) (July-August), covers the August back-to-school handover and flows into the September Mes Patrio with the 15 September piece and the USMCA anniversary. The Corp Q3 Final 2026 Final Pack is built to serve that corridor with four delivery lots and a thermal summer catalogue. The rate is frozen in MXN with an INPC adjustment at the close of September. We invoice under CFDI 4.0 in MXN, in USD at the locked rate, or in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

The architecture of the Q3 pack

The Corp Q3 Final 2026 Final Pack starts with an operating brief in June and is structured in four delivery lots. Lot Q3-A (July) covers the second-semester IMMEX compliance sprint and the technical-training programmes for the maquiladora plant: manuals, USB with training content, instructor badges and didactic material delivered before 15 July. The lot also covers the first wave of summer uniforms for the sales force that starts intensive operations in August and September.

Lot Q3-B (August) covers the back-to-school handover with backpack, thermos and school-supplies kit for collaborators with documented education benefit, and the first pre-Independence sublot (optional). The lot also covers the POP material and uniforms for the August trade-show booths (Expo Guadalajara, TI Expo, sector fairs). Lot Q3-C (September) covers the full Mes Patrio with the tricolour piece, the VIP-client gifts for Q3 and the bilingual USMCA piece (Spanish/English) for foreign subsidiaries. Lot Q3-D (30 September) covers the third-quarter fiscal close: folders and USB with the quarterly report. Under USMCA, lot Q3-C is delivered in bilingual version with CBP/CBSA rigid cardboard.

The four guarantees of the Q3 pack

Rate frozen for the quarter

Unit price negotiated at the start of the quarter, frozen in Mexican pesos with a single INPC adjustment at the close of September. Applies to every contracted catalogue SKU and to custom SKUs approved inside the same price range.

Curated thermal catalogue for the heat

A curated selection of products that perform at 30°C: double-wall vacuum bottles, thermoses with anti-spill lids, backpacks with ventilated cushioned back panels, dry-fit tees with UV protection, caps with absorbent sweatband. Every product passes thermal-chamber quality testing before leaving the workshop.

Bilingual POP for trade shows and USMCA

For trade-show booths with foreign subsidiaries and for the bilingual USMCA keepsake, the POP material is delivered in a Spanish/English version with rigid cardboard that meets CBP and CBSA requirements for subsidiaries in Texas, California and Arizona.

IMMEX and training compatibility

Materials for the maquiladora plant can be documented as part of the training programme before STPS when the destination is IMMEX, with the foreign-trade complement if the delivery crosses to the foreign parent and Carta Porte 3.0 when the transport is operated by the workshop.

Order modalities and payment structure

The Corp Q3 Final 2026 Final Pack admits three order modalities. The first is the consolidated order for the four lots, which offers the highest production priority and the lowest rate: the workshop assigns dedicated capacity throughout the quarter and blocks the necessary shifts. The second is the per-lot order, which lets the corporate adjust Q3-B and Q3-C volume according to confirmations received at the end of July. The third is the staggered order with a 30% deposit when signing the brief and the remainder against delivery of each lot.

Payment is against delivery of each lot, with a standard 15 calendar-day term for domestic clients and 30 days for corporates with a master contract. For IMMEX clients the invoicing can be documented as part of the training programme. For corporates with parent house in the United States, Canada or Brazil we invoice in USD at the exchange rate locked at the start of the quarter. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

Costs, MOQ and invoicing

The Corp Q3 Final 2026 Final Pack starts at a minimum commitment of 600 pieces in the quarter. The base rate varies by composition: for a standard composition with tees, bottles, notebooks and pens the average rate is $395 MXN before IVA. For a premium composition with light jackets, outdoor kits and engraved pieces the average rate is $695 MXN. For a mixed composition with standard and premium products the average rate is $545 MXN. Individual-name engraving on the thermos or notebook is quoted as an add-on to the pack.

We invoice under CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised before SAT at each lot, with the option of consolidated invoicing at quarter-close. For cross-border deliveries we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement. Under IMMEX, pieces for the maquiladora plant are invoiced with a complement that documents the training programme. For corporates with subsidiaries in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD at the locked rate. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB.
