Corp Q2 Final 2026 Final Pack — Hot Sale, Mother’s Day and end of school

The second quarter of the Mexican fiscal year has two commercial peaks that move tens of billions of pesos: the Hot Sale in May —the e-commerce event that in its 2025 edition surpassed 35 billion pesos in sales— and Mother’s Day that moves more than 80 billion pesos in retail sales. To that we add the end of the school year and the second delivery of the IMMEX training programme documented before STPS. The Corp Q2 Final 2026 Final Pack resolves that corridor with three lots: IMMEX training and Mother’s Day (April-May), Hot Sale and end of school (May-June), and quarterly close (June). The rate is frozen in MXN with an INPC adjustment at the close of June. We invoice under CFDI 4.0 in MXN, in USD at the locked rate, or in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

The architecture of the Q2 pack

The Corp Q2 Final 2026 Final Pack starts with an operating brief in the second fortnight of March and is structured in three delivery lots with immovable critical dates. Lot Q2-A (April-May) covers the second delivery of the IMMEX training programme: manuals, USB with training content, instructor badges and didactic material delivered before 30 April. The lot also covers the Mother’s Day campaign (10 May): gifts for key female clients that the sales force delivers in the first week of May, boxes with pink-purple ribbon and personalised CEO card. The critical date of the Mother’s Day sublot is 8 May, when the sales force starts closing visits.

Lot Q2-B (May-June) covers the POP material and sales-force uniforms for Hot Sale 2026 (the edition starts on the third Friday of May), with operating close before 15 May so the corporate CEDIS has margin for store distribution. The lot closes with the end-of-school material (backpacks, school-supplies kits and souvenirs for collaborators with education benefit) and the kick-off of the summer training programme. Lot Q2-C (June) covers the second-quarter fiscal close: folders and USB with the quarterly report, close material for the management team and the Q2-end piece delivered before 30 June. Under USMCA, lots Q2-A and Q2-B can be delivered in bilingual Spanish/English version for foreign subsidiaries.

The four guarantees of the Q2 pack

Rate frozen for the quarter

Unit price negotiated at the start of the quarter, frozen in Mexican pesos with a single INPC adjustment at the close of June. Applies to every contracted catalogue SKU and to custom SKUs approved inside the same price range.

Hot Sale close before 15 May

The Hot Sale sublot closes on 15 May. If delivery is delayed by a cause attributable to the workshop, an 8% credit is automatically applied to the affected sublot in the next CFDI, given the criticality of the date for the corporate CEDIS.

Mother’s Day sublot by 8 May

The Mother’s Day sublot closes on 8 May, when the sales force starts closing visits. The workshop guarantees delivery before 7 May so that sales teams have margin for distribution and reverse logistics.

IMMEX and training compatibility

Materials for the maquiladora plant can be documented as part of the training programme before STPS when the destination is IMMEX, with the foreign-trade complement if the delivery crosses to the foreign parent and Carta Porte 3.0 when the transport is operated by the workshop.

Order modalities and payment structure

The Corp Q2 Final 2026 Final Pack admits three order modalities. The first is the consolidated order for the three lots, which offers the highest production priority and the lowest rate: the workshop assigns dedicated capacity throughout the quarter and blocks the necessary shifts. The second is the per-lot order, which lets the corporate adjust Q2-B and Q2-C volume according to confirmations received at the end of April. The third is the staggered order with a 30% deposit when signing the brief and the remainder against delivery of each lot.

Payment is against delivery of each lot, with a standard 15 calendar-day term for domestic clients and 30 days for corporates with a master contract. For IMMEX clients the invoicing can be documented as part of the training programme. For corporates with parent house in the United States, Canada or Brazil we invoice in USD at the exchange rate locked at the start of the quarter. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

Costs, MOQ and invoicing

The Corp Q2 Final 2026 Final Pack starts at a minimum commitment of 500 pieces in the quarter. The base rate varies by composition: for a standard composition with tees, notebooks, pens and thermoses the average rate is $425 MXN before IVA. For a premium composition with jackets, office kits and engraved pieces the average rate is $725 MXN. For a mixed composition with standard and premium products the average rate is $575 MXN. Individual-name engraving and personalised CEO card are quoted as add-ons.

We invoice under CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised before SAT at each lot, with the option of consolidated invoicing at quarter-close. For cross-border deliveries we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement. Under IMMEX, pieces for the maquiladora plant are invoiced with a complement that documents the training programme. For corporates with subsidiaries in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD at the locked rate. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB.
