Corp Q2 2026 Final Pack — Tianguis, IMMEX renewals and Q2 onboarding

Q2 is the cycle where the Mexican corporate moves from the controlled start of the year into the operation of the spring-summer cycle. The Corp Q2 2026 Final Pack is built around three pillars: the Tianguis Turístico and the seasonal-activation fairs (Acapulco Film Festival, San Marcos Fair), the IMMEX maquiladora annual renewals and the mid-year commercial cycle (Día de las Madres, Fatherís Day, mid-year reviews). We run four lines that deliver between April 1 and June 30: onboarding welcome kits for the Q2 cohort, Mothers Day recognition with Mexican-origin product, mid-year commercial merch for the prospect pipeline and field-operations kits for the Bajío manufacturing belt. Each line invoices under CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised, USD for foreign-HQ clients, RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

The four lines of the Q2 pack

The first line is the Q2 onboarding welcome kit: kraft box with corporate seal, hand-bound A5 notebook with the new hire’s name, engraved roller pen with joining date, 11 oz ceramic mug and CEO card with printed signature. The second line is the Mothers Day recognition line: gourmet-product box with Mexican-origin product, artisan spa kit, dried Mexican-flower bouquet or special engraved mug — each corporate chooses the format that fits the demographic of its employees. The third line is the mid-year commercial-prospect line: premium kits handed to qualified prospects, in the format of branded tote, 500 ml thermos, A5 notebook and 16 GB USB with pre-loaded materials.

The fourth line is the field-operations line for the Bajío manufacturing belt: long-sleeve technical shirt with UV treatment, wide-brim operational cap with UPF 50, 750 ml hydration bottle, hydration salts, light cotton buff and insect repellent in individual packaging. Each line carries its own MOQ, its own lead time and its own invoice cycle. Lines one and two usually start production in mid-March to land in the first fortnight of April; lines three and four start production in early April to land between April 15 and June 30. The pack operates with a single master brief signed in February and individual line kickoffs.

Q2 2026 calendar and delivery windows

Mexican Q2 splits into three windows. The first is the pre-season window, April 1 to May 10: when the Q2 onboarding line and the field-operations line deliver to the office or to the manufacturing plant. The second is the activation window, May 11 to June 15: when the Mothers Day line and the commercial-prospect line land. The third is the closing window, June 16 to 30: when the mid-year reviews operation closes and the Q3 brief starts. The pack operates with a single brief signed in February and individual line kickoffs.

The pre-season window requires brief confirmation before February 15, production in March and delivery between April 1 and May 10. The activation window requires brief before March 15, production in April and staggered delivery between May 11 and June 15. The closing window requires brief before April 15, production in May and delivery between June 16 and 30. Clients under the IMMEX framework can document the annual maquiladora renewal and the headcount movement for proper deductibility of the merch spend as part of the training and retention programme.

For corporates headquartered in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD with the exchange rate locked at contract start.
