Corp Q1 Final 2026 Final Pack — fiscal start and mass onboarding

The first quarter of the Mexican fiscal year concentrates three simultaneous operational phenomena: the fiscal start before SAT, the mass onboarding of January and February hires, and the first delivery of the IMMEX training programme documented before STPS. The Corp Q1 Final 2026 Final Pack resolves that corridor with three delivery lots: January onboarding (8-31), February IMMEX training (1-28) and March quarter close (1-31). The rate is negotiated at the start of the quarter and frozen in MXN with a single INPC adjustment at the close of March. Invoicing is under CFDI 4.0 in MXN, in USD at the locked rate for foreign subsidiaries, or in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate. The quarterly fiscal close backs the reconciliation that the finance area files before SAT.

The architecture of the Q1 pack

The Corp Q1 Final 2026 Final Pack starts with an operating brief in the second fortnight of December of the previous year and is structured in three delivery lots. Lot Q1-A (8-31 January) covers the mass onboarding of the first-month hires: welcome kits with backpack, 750ml thermos with laser engraving of the new collaborator's name, pocket notebook with the corporate logo in hot-stamping, metallic pen in a corrugated cardboard case, USB with the updated employee manual and identification badge. The critical date is the first week of January, when collaborators return from vacation and the year-start hires are integrated.

Lot Q1-B (1-28 February) covers the first-quarter IMMEX training material: manuals, USB with training content, instructor badges and didactic material delivered before 15 February, in compliance with the annual training programme documented before STPS. The lot also covers the Q1 commercial kick-off material (tees, caps and folders for the annual sales-force convention) delivered between 8 and 14 February. Lot Q1-C (1-31 March) covers the first-quarter fiscal close: folders and USB with the quarterly report, close material for the management team and the Q1-end piece delivered as recognition for the sales force before 31 March. Under USMCA, lots are delivered in bilingual Spanish/English version for foreign subsidiaries.

The four guarantees of the Q1 pack

Rate frozen for the quarter

Unit price negotiated at the start of the quarter, frozen in Mexican pesos with a single INPC adjustment at the close of March. Applies to every contracted catalogue SKU and to custom SKUs approved inside the same price range. No monthly renegotiations.

January onboarding with reserved capacity

The workshop blocks production capacity for January hires before 15 December of the previous year. This ensures that the first week of the year has reserved shifts for the onboarding kits that cannot wait.

IMMEX and STPS compliance

The IMMEX training lot is delivered with the documentation STPS requires to accredit the annual training programme: instructor-signed manuals, training certificates and identification badges with quarterly validity.

Quarterly close before SAT

Lot Q1-C backs the quarterly fiscal reconciliation that the finance area files before SAT: the workshop delivers folders and USB with the quarter's report, every piece backed by CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised.

Order modalities and payment structure

The Corp Q1 Final 2026 Final Pack admits three order modalities. The first is the consolidated order for the three lots, which offers the highest production priority and the lowest rate: the workshop assigns dedicated capacity throughout the quarter and blocks the necessary shifts. The second is the per-lot order, which lets the corporate adjust Q1-B and Q1-C volume according to confirmations received at the end of January. The third is the staggered order with a 30% deposit when signing the brief and the remainder against delivery of each lot.

Payment is against delivery of each lot, with a standard 15 calendar-day term for domestic clients and 30 days for corporates with a master contract. For IMMEX clients the invoicing can be documented as part of the training programme when the destination is a maquiladora plant with a programme documented before STPS. For corporates with parent house in the United States, Canada or Brazil we invoice in USD at the exchange rate locked at the start of the quarter. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

Costs, MOQ and invoicing

The Corp Q1 Final 2026 Final Pack starts at a minimum commitment of 500 pieces in the quarter, equivalent to an average of 167 pieces per month. The base rate varies by composition: for a standard composition with tees, notebooks, pens and thermoses the average rate is $435 MXN before IVA. For a premium composition with jackets, office kits and engraved pieces the average rate is $735 MXN. For a mixed composition with standard and premium products the average rate is $585 MXN. Individual-name engraving on the thermos or notebook is quoted as an add-on to the pack.

We invoice under CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised before SAT at each lot, with the option of consolidated invoicing at quarter-close. For cross-border deliveries we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement. Under IMMEX, pieces for the maquiladora plant are invoiced with a complement that documents the training programme. For corporates with subsidiaries in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD at the locked rate. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB. Series with individual collaborator data are quoted as add-ons to the base pack.
