Corp Q1 2026 Final Pack — the first quarter is what holds the whole year

The Corp Q1 2026 Final Pack is built for Mexican corporates that open the fiscal year with three simultaneous vectors: the budget close and the kickoff of the authorised budget authorised in December, the hirings that materialise in January and February, and the commercial-activation cycle of Hot Sale, San Valentín and Día de la Mujer. It is the quarter that decides whether the 2026 operation starts in order or in disorder. We run four lines that deliver between January 5 and March 20: onboarding welcome kits, accumulated-tenure recognition through December, commercial merch for first-quarter prospects, and provision for winter-cycle fairs and congresses (Expo Antad, Hospitality Expo, Expo Manufactura). Each line invoices under CFDI 4.0 with the recipient’s tax regime and the unit key that corresponds to the spend category. USD billing is available for clients headquartered abroad; RUB billing through the agreement with Russian corporate for Eurasian delivery.

The four lines of the Q1 pack

The Q1 pack is organised in four lines so the corporate can hire the ones it needs and leave out the ones it does not. The first is the onboarding line: kraft box with corporate seal, hand-bound A5 notebook, engraved roller pen, 11 oz ceramic mug and CEO card with printed signature, delivered to the office or to the home of the new hire. The second is the tenure line: monthly recognition of employees who accumulated one, three, five or ten years of seniority through December 2025, paired with a small-format premium gift (ceramic mug with engraved year, leather card holder with initials, stainless-steel water bottle). The third is the commercial-prospect line: premium kits handed to qualified prospects during Hot Sale, San Valentín and Día de la Mujer activations, in a tighter format (tote bag, thermos, branded notebook, USB).

The fourth is the fair-provisioning line: standard booth merch and give-aways for Expo Antad, Hospitality Expo, Expo Manufactura and the winter congress circuit, including tote bags, water bottles, lanyards, badges, branded pens and recyclable notebooks. Each line carries its own minimum quantity, its own lead time and its own invoice cycle. Lines one and four usually start production in early December to land in the first week of January; lines two and three usually start in early January to land in the second fortnight of January and through February. The pack operates with a single master brief that the corporate signs once and that we execute per line with individual kickoffs.

Q1 2026 calendar and delivery windows

Mexican Q1 splits into three windows. The first is the kickoff window, January 5 to 31: when onboarding line and fair-provisioning line deliver to the office or to the venue. The second is the activation window, February 1 to March 15: when the commercial-prospect line lands for Hot Sale, San Valentín and Día de la Mujer. The third is the closing window, March 16 to 31: when the tenure line is delivered and the Q2 brief starts. The pack operates with a single brief signed in December and individual line kickoffs.

The kickoff window requires brief confirmation before December 1, production in the second fortnight of December and delivery between January 5 and 31. The activation window requires brief before December 15, production in January and staggered delivery between February 1 and March 15. The closing window requires brief before January 15, production in February and delivery between March 16 and 31. Clients under the IMMEX framework can document the fiscal cadence and the maquiladora headcount movement for proper deductibility of the merch spend as part of the training and retention programme.

If the shipment crosses the border we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement and, when shipping is on our carrier, we attach the Carta Porte 3.0 complement. For corporates headquartered in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD with the exchange rate locked at contract start. For clients with a parent house in Russia or Eastern Europe we invoice in RUB under the agreement with Russian corporate, with payment against documented delivery. Series with individual data per employee (name on notebook, tenure year on bottle) add five to ten business days to the lead time.
