Corp Oct 2026 Final Pack — Día de Muertos and Buen Fin ramp-up

October is the month of Día de Muertos in Mexico —a celebration that UNESCO declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2008— and at the same time the preparation month for El Buen Fin, the mega commercial event of mid-November. The Corp Oct 2026 Final Pack is built to serve both purposes: a curated Muertos catalogue for internal and end-client gifts (pieces with cempasúchil, discreet catrinas, sugar skulls in corporate version, boxes with the orange-yellow-purple palette) delivered between 26 October and 2 November, and a Buen Fin ramp-up sublot with tees, caps and POP material delivered between 19 and 31 October. For foreign subsidiaries the catalogue has a bilingual Halloween version that meets CBP requirements for entry into the United States and Canada. We invoice under CFDI 4.0 in MXN, in USD at the locked rate, or in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

The architecture of the October pack

The Corp Oct 2026 Final Pack runs two parallel lines that converge in the same operating brief. The Muertos line starts on 6 October with a planning sublot (brand brief and isotype validation) that closes on 12; it continues with a production sublot from 13 to 24 October that covers boxes with orange ribbon, bottles with stylised cempasúchil engraving, notebooks with catrina cover and table sets (placemat and tumbler) delivered as souvenirs of the internal Día de Muertos events. The operating close is 2 November, giving margin for venues to organise their corporate ofrenda and deliver team gifts between 1 and 2 November.

The Buen Fin ramp-up line runs from 5 to 31 October and produces the POP material, the sales-force tees and the incentive gifts used during the campaign. The critical date is the last Friday of October, when the pre-campaign kicks off in physical stores and digital platforms: the tees with the El Buen Fin programme isotype must reach the corporate CEDIS before that date, with a 5-business-day margin to absorb last-minute adjustments. Under IMMEX, corporates with a maquiladora plant can document the training material for the second fortnight of October as part of the training programme before STPS. For clients with parent house in Russia, the catalogue is adapted with a Cyrillic cover and invoiced in RUB.

The four guarantees of the October pack

Muertos close before 2 November

All sublots of the Muertos line close on 2 November. If the sublot of boxes with orange ribbon or bottles with cempasúchil engraving is delayed by a cause attributable to the workshop, an 8% credit is automatically applied to the affected sublot in the next CFDI.

Curated and respectful Muertos design

The October catalogue avoids the tourist-souvenir aesthetic: it uses the orange-yellow-purple palette with sobriety, original illustrations commissioned from Mexican artists and engravings on noble materials (wood, glass, Talavera ceramics) that a Mexican corporate can hand over without feeling kitsch.

POP material for Buen Fin on time

The Buen Fin ramp-up line delivers tees, caps and POP material to the corporate CEDIS before the last Friday of October. If the material is delayed by a cause attributable to the workshop, a 6% credit is applied to the affected sublot in the next CFDI.

Bilingual Halloween version for USMCA

For US and Canadian subsidiaries, the October catalogue has a bilingual Spanish/English Halloween version with rigid cardboard that meets CBP and CBSA requirements. The colour palette is orange-black with a discreet nod to cempasúchil.

Order modalities and payment structure

The Corp Oct 2026 Final Pack admits three order modalities. The first is the unified order covering both lines (Muertos + Buen Fin) under a single purchase order, which lets the workshop plan capacity comprehensively and obtain the best rate. The second is the per-line order, which lets the corporate contract only Muertos or only Buen Fin according to corporate priorities. The third is the staggered order with a 40% deposit when confirming the brief and 60% against delivery of the last sublot, useful for corporates with quarterly budgets.

Payment is against delivery of each sublot, with a standard 15 calendar-day term for domestic clients and 30 days for corporates with a master contract. For IMMEX clients the invoicing can be documented as part of the training programme when the destination is a maquiladora plant with a programme documented before STPS. For corporates with parent house in the United States, Canada or Brazil we invoice in USD at the exchange rate locked at the start of the month. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

Costs, MOQ and invoicing

The Corp Oct 2026 Final Pack starts at a minimum order of 200 pieces, equivalent to one full sublot for a single venue. The base rate varies by composition: for a standard composition with tees, caps and POP material the average rate is $385 MXN before IVA. For a premium composition with Talavera boxes, engraved pieces and table sets the average rate is $765 MXN. For a mixed composition with standard and premium products the average rate is $575 MXN. Stylised catrina or cempasúchil engraving is quoted as an add-on to the pack.

We invoice under CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised before SAT at each sublot, with the option of consolidated invoicing at month-close. For cross-border deliveries we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement. Under IMMEX, pieces for the maquiladora plant are invoiced with a complement that documents the training programme. For corporates with subsidiaries in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD at the locked rate. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB. Series with individual data (engraved name, personalised message) are quoted as add-ons to the base pack.
