Corp Nov 2026 Final Pack — El Buen Fin and the aguinaldo run-up

November in Mexico has two economic phenomena that do not exist in other regional markets: El Buen Fin —the four-day mega commercial event in mid-month that moves more than 500 billion pesos in sales— and the Mexican Revolution, commemorated on 20 November. To that we add the aguinaldo advance that the Federal Labour Law requires to be paid before 20 December, which turns November into the month with the highest cash circulation of the year for Mexican families. The Corp Nov 2026 Final Pack is built for all three fronts: POP material and sales-force uniforms for El Buen Fin (delivery before 13 November), pieces for the internal Revolution commemoration events (delivery between 16 and 20), and premium boxes for the aguinaldo advance that HR teams hand over as recognition for the sales force during the last week of the month.

The architecture of the November pack

The Corp Nov 2026 Final Pack has three sublots in strict sequence due to the closeness of the emblematic dates. Sublot 1, 1-12 November, produces the POP material and El Buen Fin uniforms: tees with the campaign isotype, aprons for store staff, caps for promoters, gift pieces for clients above a certain purchase threshold, pennants and point-of-sale material delivered to the CEDIS before Thursday 12 so that Friday 13 (the Thursday before El Buen Fin starts) can distribute to stores. The critical date is immovable: if delivery slips past Wednesday 11, the corporate loses the working day of distribution.

Sublot 2, 13-20 November, covers the Revolution commemoration: tees and caps with the green-white-red palette in corporate version, souvenirs for the revolution breakfast and didactic material if the corporate organises an internal cultural event. Sublot 3, 21-30 November, covers the aguinaldo advance: premium boxes that HR teams hand over as recognition for the sales force and standout employees of the year. The premium boxes use noble materials (wood, leather, blown glass) with the isotype engraved in bas-relief and accompany the aguinaldo advance cheque with a personalised card from the CEO. Under IMMEX, the maquiladora plant training material can be documented as part of the STPS programme. For foreign subsidiaries, the POP material is delivered in bilingual Spanish/English version.

The four guarantees of the November pack

Buen Fin close before 13 November

The El Buen Fin sublot closes on Thursday 12 November. If delivery is delayed by a cause attributable to the workshop, an automatic 10% credit is applied to the affected sublot in the next CFDI, the highest penalty of the year given the criticality of the date.

Premium aguinaldo-advance boxes

The 21-30 November sublot produces premium boxes in noble materials to accompany the aguinaldo-advance cheque. The workshop guarantees delivery before 28 November so that HR teams have margin for internal distribution.

Bilingual POP for USMCA

For US and Canadian subsidiaries, the El Buen Fin POP material is delivered in a bilingual Spanish/English version with rigid cardboard that meets CBP and CBSA requirements. The premium aguinaldo boxes also have an English version for collaborators in foreign subsidiaries.

IMMEX and training compatibility

Materials for the maquiladora plant can be documented as part of the training programme before STPS when the destination is IMMEX, with the foreign-trade complement if the delivery crosses to the foreign parent and Carta Porte 3.0 when the transport is operated by the workshop.

Order modalities and payment structure

The Corp Nov 2026 Final Pack admits three modalities. The first is the consolidated order for the three sublots under a single purchase order, which offers the highest production priority and the lowest rate: the workshop assigns dedicated capacity throughout the month and blocks the necessary shifts to secure the three critical dates. The second is the per-sublot order, which lets the corporate adjust sublot 2 and sublot 3 volume according to marketing-team confirmations received at the end of October. The third is the staggered order with a 50% deposit when confirming the first sublot and 50% against delivery of the last, useful for corporates with quarterly budgets.

Payment is against delivery of each sublot, with a standard 15 calendar-day term for domestic clients and 30 days for corporates with a master contract. For IMMEX clients the invoicing can be documented as part of the training programme when the destination is a maquiladora plant with a programme documented before STPS. For corporates with parent house in the United States, Canada or Brazil we invoice in USD at the exchange rate locked at the start of the month. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

Costs, MOQ and invoicing

The Corp Nov 2026 Final Pack starts at a minimum order of 250 pieces, equivalent to one full sublot for a single venue. The base rate varies by composition: for a standard composition with tees, caps and POP material the average rate is $395 MXN before IVA. For a premium composition with wooden boxes, engraved pieces and Revolution sets the average rate is $845 MXN. For a mixed composition with standard and premium products the average rate is $615 MXN. Personalised CEO card engraving is quoted as an add-on to the pack.

We invoice under CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised before SAT at each sublot, with the option of consolidated invoicing at month-close. For cross-border deliveries we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement. Under IMMEX, pieces for the maquiladora plant are invoiced with a complement that documents the training programme. For corporates with subsidiaries in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD at the locked rate. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB. Series with individual data (engraved name, standout aguinaldo amount, years-of-service number) are quoted as add-ons to the base pack.
