Corp MX 2026 Final Pack — 100% Mexican production

The Mexican corporate that needs exclusively national production, without border crossing, without export paperwork and with full fiscal deductibility in Mexican pesos, finds in the Corp MX 2026 Final Pack its merch scheme. Production runs in workshops of Mexico City, Puebla, Querétaro and Yucatán; the inputs are mostly Mexican (peinado and cardado cotton from Coahuila and Chihuahua, agave from Jalisco for the packaging, ceramic from Puebla, artisan paper from Oaxaca); invoicing is issued entirely in Mexican pesos with 16% IVA before the SAT, with Carta Porte 3.0 complement when the shipment goes on our account. No foreign-trade complement paperwork, no exchange rate, no international withholdings. Delivery speed is the highest in the catalogue: same-day in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara and Querétaro for in-stock SKUs, 24 hours for pieces with engraving in the rest of the country, 72 hours for custom pieces with individual data.

The logic of the 100% Mexican pack

The Corp MX 2026 Final Pack is built for corporates that operate exclusively within the national territory and prefer not to deal with the complexity of export paperwork. Production runs in four Mexican workshops with consolidated supply chains: peinado and cardado cotton from Coahuila and Chihuahua processed at the Puebla plant, blue agave from Jalisco used for rigid packaging, high-temperature ceramic from Puebla for mugs and jugs, artisan paper from Oaxaca for premium boxes, agave and chocolate from Tabasco for gourmet gifts, and vegetable-tanned leather from León for premium pieces. When a catalogue piece requires an input not produced in Mexico in sufficient quantity — for example, certain power-bank technology — we import the component and assemble in the Mexican workshop, keeping the national traceability of the final product.

Logistics runs on our account with own vehicle in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara and Querétaro, and with specialised courier in the rest of the country. When the delivery goes on our transport, the CFDI 4.0 includes the Carta Porte 3.0 complement with the detail of vehicle, operator and route. Invoicing is always in Mexican pesos with 16% IVA itemised before the SAT, with per-SKU and per-cost-centre breakdown when the corporate requires it for accounting imputation. When the corporate needs to deduct the merch spend as part of the staff training and retention programme under the IMMEX framework, we document the delivery with the brief, the purchase order and the sign-off at the plant.

Imported components only when there is no sufficient national equivalent, assembled in the Mexican workshop with full traceability.

IMMEX deductibility where applicable

For clients under the IMMEX framework, we document the delivery with brief, purchase order and sign-off at the plant for deductibility of the merch spend as part of the staff training and retention programme. Quarterly report with consolidated documentation for filing before the SAT.

Contract modalities and payment structure

The Corp MX 2026 Final Pack supports three contract modalities. The first is the closed contract with annual minimum purchase commitment: the corporate commits to consume a minimum volume (typically 1,500 pieces per year) and obtains the lowest rate and the highest production priority. The second is the open contract with monthly purchase order: the corporate issues a PO each month as it consumes, without minimum commitment, keeping the preferential rate of the master contract. The third is the per-project contract: the corporate contracts the pack by single project (product launch, annual convention, incentive programme) without continuity commitment.

The payment structure is monthly against delivery, in advance with 3% discount on the contract amount when paid at the start of the fiscal year, or milestone against milestone when the project allows it. Invoicing is issued entirely in Mexican pesos with 16% IVA before the SAT, with Carta Porte 3.0 complement when the shipment goes on our transport. For IMMEX clients we run quarterly consolidated documentation to support the deductibility of the merch spend as part of the training and retention programme. Production runs 100% in Mexican workshops with national employment throughout the chain.

Pricing, MOQ and invoicing

The MX pack starts with a general MOQ of 100 pieces per programme. The base rate varies according to the composition: for a standard composition with Mexican-made tees, notebooks, pens and thermal bottles the average rate is MXN $385 before IVA per piece. For a premium composition with national jackets, premium kits with Mexican product and hot-stamping engraved pieces the average rate is MXN $685. For a mixed composition with standard and premium products the average rate is MXN $535. From 1,500 pieces per year we negotiate the annual-contract rate.

We issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown before the SAT entirely in Mexican pesos, with Carta Porte 3.0 complement when the shipment goes on our transport. No foreign-trade complement paperwork. For IMMEX clients we run quarterly consolidated documentation. No extra cost for international IVA or withholdings at source. Series with individual data per employee (name on notebook, date on bottle, size on tee) add three to five business days to the lead time for the merge and per-piece verification.
