Corp March 2026 Final Pack — International Women’s Day and Hot Sale kickoff

The Corp March 2026 Final Pack covers the three vectors of the third Mexican fiscal month: the internal International Women’s Day 8M activation for employees (6-8 March delivery), the formal Hot Sale May 2026 planning kickoff (brief and piece confirmation for the sales force), and the corporate training that normally runs between end of Q1 and start of Q2. March is also the annual return month for general-regime legal persons, so the pack handles the CFDI reconciliation of the prior fiscal year and the annual file preparation.

Lines inside the Corp March 2026 Final Pack

The pack runs on four lines that the corporate group contracts separately or consolidated. The International Women’s Day line is the most culturally sensitive: Mexican corporates have normalised the delivery of a gesture on this date, but compliance with NOM-035, the Federal Labor Law on labour equality, and internal diversity and inclusion policies require the activation to be inclusive. We run pieces with neutral design that celebrate the day without reducing women to gender stereotypes: artisans, chefs, scientists, athletes, and Mexican leaders are the references we use for the piece’s visual messaging.

International Women’s Day line

Three tiers for female employees: artisan kit (Mexican artisan product + card with the artisan’s biography) from 380 MXN before IVA at a 100-unit run; premium kit (set of products from Mexican women-led brands + preserved flowers) from 1,100 MXN before IVA at 50; VIP kit (curated experience with artisan or chef workshop + signed piece) from 5,800 MXN before IVA. Delivery 6-8 March. For groups above 500 female employees, we run safety stock and staggered deliveries by site.

Hot Sale May kickoff line

Formal Hot Sale May 2026 planning kickoff: piece confirmation for the sales force (standard kit, premium kit, VIP kit per prospect tier), creative brief with the client’s brand leaders, and plant capacity reservation with the subcontracted manufacturers. Hot Sale delivery is scheduled 15-25 May with capacity reserved from March to secure sufficient inventory. Coordination with the marketing team and the sales force.

Q1-Q2 corporate training line

Merch line for Q1 corporate training programs: inductions for late onboardings, technical certifications, leadership workshops, and NOM-035 psychosocial risk compliance. Participant folders, USB with didactic material, daily-use thermo and notebook, recognition piece on program completion. Coordination with HR and STPS when the program is mandatory training.

Annual fiscal reconciliation line

For the annual return of general-regime legal persons (filed during March with SAT), the pack includes a fiscal reconciliation component that lets the client’s accounting function review every CFDI issued by Corp-Merch.MX during fiscal year 2025 and validate correct registration in the accounting system before the return filing. This reduces SAT audit risk and simplifies correct expense deduction.

Labour equality compliance in the corporate 8M

International Women’s Day 8M is a high-sensitivity date for the Mexican corporate group, not only for social commitment but also for legal compliance. The Federal Labor Law, the General Law on Women’s Access to a Life Free from Violence, and NOM-035 on psychosocial risk factors require internal 8M activations to be inclusive, respectful, and not reproduce gender stereotypes. That translates into pieces with neutral design that celebrate the day without reducing women to a domestic, romantic, or decorative role.

We run pieces with visual messaging that highlights women leaders in different fields: Oaxacan artisans, Mexico City chefs, internationally recognised Mexican scientists, Olympic athletes, and tech entrepreneurs. Each piece includes a card with the referent’s biography, which turns the activation into an educational moment and not only a labour-wellbeing gesture.

For corporate groups that have signed the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) or that report to the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index, the Corp March 2026 Final Pack includes documentation of the activation’s impact on equality and diversity indicators: female employees reached, per-capita invested amount, percentage of women-led suppliers (when pieces are produced by women-led brands), and internal diversity and inclusion policy compliance.

FAQ — Corp March 2026 Final Pack

When does the brief close for March 2026?

The operational brief close is 15 February 2026. That allows production to start 1 March and staggered deliveries between 5 and 31 March. Briefs arriving after 15 February are processed for deliveries from the second half of March onwards, with the possibility of missing the 6-8 March International Women’s Day window.

Can you handle inclusive pieces for 8M?

Yes. We run pieces with neutral design that comply with NOM-035, the labour equality and non-discrimination legislation, and internal diversity and inclusion policies. We recommend pieces with visual messaging that highlights women leaders in different fields (artisans, chefs, scientists, athletes, entrepreneurs), not pieces with gender stereotypes. Coordination with the client’s HR team.

Can you deliver Hot Sale with LFPC compliance?

Yes. The LFPC requires UIF notice when gifts exceed the current UMA threshold, particularly when the recipient is financial-sector. The pack report identifies operations that require notice and documents them for filing in the AML portal. Coordination with the client’s compliance function.

Can the training include STPS compliance?

Yes. We run merch line for mandatory STPS training (Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social): safety and hygiene training, civil protection training, specialised machinery operations training. The invoice is issued with the corresponding unit key and CFDI use, and the report includes participant detail and the training certificate issued by the instructor.

How do you handle the prior-year fiscal reconciliation?

The pack’s fiscal reconciliation component includes a detailed report of every CFDI that Corp-Merch.MX issued to the client during fiscal year 2025, with UUID, issue date, amount, recipient tax regime, unit key, and CFDI use. The report is delivered in XML and spreadsheet format to simplify reconciliation against the client’s accounting system (CONTPAQi, ASPEL, SAP, ORACLE) before the annual return.

Can you handle pieces with the artisan’s biography?

Yes. For International Women’s Day and other March activations, we run pieces with a personalised card that includes the artisan’s or referent leader’s biography. This turns the activation into an educational moment and reinforces the corporate’s commitment to social economy and responsible consumption. Coordination with the client’s communications team for review and approval of the biographical texts.
