Fiscal kickoff · 5 to 31 January 2026 · Brief close 15 December

Corp January 2026 Final Pack — fiscal kickoff with onboarding waves

The Corp January 2026 Final Pack covers the three vectors of the Mexican fiscal kickoff: the onboarding waves that land in the first half of the month, the first board meeting of the year that approves the operating budget, and the merch line for IMMEX plant staff that starts the new US parent operating budget on the first business day of January. The production window is tight (brief close 15 December, production start first business day of January, first delivery before 22 January), so the pack runs on plant capacity reserved from 1 November of the prior year.

Lines inside the Corp January 2026 Final Pack

The pack runs on four lines that the corporate group contracts separately or consolidated. Consolidation is the most tax-efficient form when the operation has a single site in Mexico City, Monterrey, or Guadalajara and one parent RFC. For multi-RFC operations, we run line-by-line invoicing with 16% IVA breakdown and deduction support under the chapter that applies (D01 employee compensation, G03 general expenses, I06 materials and supplies).

Onboarding wave line

Welcome box for employees who join in January: laser-engraved stainless thermo (380 MXN before IVA at a 100-unit run), bonded-leather hand-bound notebook (260 MXN before IVA at 100), organic-cotton tee with interior label (290 MXN before IVA at 100), waxed-canvas backpack with YKK zippers (640 MXN before IVA at 50), USB with employee handbook and CEO letter (180 MXN before IVA at 100). Box packaging in cardboard with corporate hot stamping. Production scheduled 30 days before the first onboarding of the year.

First board meeting line

Merch line for the ordinary board meeting of the year, normally scheduled the second half of January (15 to 28): executive folders in leather tanned in León, USB with digital annexes, recognition plaque for board members who complete their term, and a curated piece for the board chair. Coordination with the CEO’s office, Legal, and the Board Secretary for LGSM and SML compliance when applicable.

IMMEX kickoff line

Merch line for IMMEX plant staff in Saltillo, Ramos Arizpe, Apodaca, and Tijuana that starts the new US parent operating budget on the first business day of January. Temporary export with pedimento and Carta Porte 3.0 when the kit returns to Mexico at quarter close, or definitive export with exit pedimento for kits that stay with the employee at the plant. Invoice with foreign trade complement and 0% IVA.

Accumulated tenure line

Recognition for employees who hit 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 years at December 2025 close. Delivery scheduled at the year-kickoff meeting or the corporate anniversary dinner in January. For 5 years, engraved thermo + oak plaque with laser engraving (1,250 MXN before IVA). For 10 and 15 years, Tonalá crystal with DOT recognition + plaque + travel set in León leather (5,800 to 12,500 MXN before IVA). For 20 years or more, curated curation with Baja California guardian wine and signed crystal (22,000 MXN before IVA).

Why January has the tightest production window of the year

January is the month with the tightest production window of the Mexican operating cycle. Corporate groups that want to deliver pieces to first-half onboardings need to close the brief before 15 December of the prior year, sign the contract before 22 December, deposit the advance before 31 December, and receive the pieces between 8 and 22 January. This means the buy decision must be made in October or November, before the next year’s budget is formally approved by the board.

For groups with an IMMEX program, January has an additional logic: the Saltillo, Ramos Arizpe, and Apodaca plants receive the new US parent operating budget on the first business day of January, but Mexican purchase orders do not process until the parent transfers the funds, typically between 5 and 15 January. This means the useful production window is 45 to 60 calendar days for the piece to reach the plant before 28 February. We handle this window with brief confirmation before 15 December, 50% deposit before 31 December, and production start the first business day of January.

For corporate groups with multi-site operations (Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Tijuana, León, Puebla, Querétaro), the January pack includes consolidated logistics with a single parcel operator and direct delivery to each site in under 5 business days from the bonded warehouse in Mexico City. Multi-RFC invoicing runs with independent breakdown by site.

For onboardings at 50-unit MOQ, production is scheduled 30 days ahead. For tenure at 20-unit MOQ, production is scheduled 45 days ahead. FAQ — Corp January 2026 Final Pack

When does the brief close for January 2026?

The operational brief close is 15 December 2025. That allows production to start the first business day of January 2026 with the first delivery out before 22 January. For onboardings starting 1 February, the brief closes 15 December and the 50% deposit is confirmed before 31 December. Briefs arriving after 15 December are processed for deliveries from the second half of February onwards.

Can you handle multi-RFC consolidation?

Yes. For corporate groups with multiple RFCs (parent plus subsidiaries, multi-site operations with local invoicing), we run line-by-line invoicing with independent breakdown. Each RFC receives its CFDI 4.0 with its tax regime and the corresponding unit key. Logistics consolidation stays as a single shipment when delivery addresses are compatible.

Does the pack apply for IMMEX with delivery to US plants?

Yes. We run temporary export with pedimento and Carta Porte 3.0 for pieces that cross the northern border and return to Mexico at quarter close, and definitive export with exit pedimento for pieces that stay with the employee at the plant. We work with a certified customs broker in Monterrey and Tijuana. The invoice carries the foreign trade complement and 0% IVA.

Can you deliver Hot Sale kits for prospects in May?

Yes, but the Hot Sale kit is quoted as part of the Q2 pack, not the January pack. The January commercial line includes the provision for first-quarter prospects with staggered delivery between January and March. For Hot Sale specifically (15-25 May delivery), we run the Q2 pack with March brief and May delivery.

Can the invoice be issued with CFDI use G03?

Yes. The invoice is issued with the CFDI use that the client’s accounting team instructs (G03 general expenses, I06 materials and supplies, I02 office furniture and equipment, D01 fees when the piece is employee compensation, G01 merchandise acquisition when the piece is for resale or productive use). We coordinate with the client on the correct CFDI use per line and per RFC.

Can you handle tenure recognition with curated Mexican artisan pieces?

Yes. For 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30-year recognitions, we run Tonalá crystal with DOT recognition, leather tanned in León or San Francisco del Rincón, Taxco silver, Baja California guardian wine, and oak or walnut pieces with laser engraving. Each piece is delivered with the artisan’s origin certificate and NOM compliance when applicable (NOM-251 for pieces in food contact, NOM-231 for silver).
