Corp-II 2026 Bundle: the innovation kit blends technology, craft and curiosity

Corp-II 2026 covers the corporate's innovation, R&D, product development and tech talent team provision. Kit curation shifts with the team profile: the CDMX developer needs technical pieces with real utility (headphones, power bank, USB hub); the Monterrey researcher needs comfort pieces (thermo, notebook, pen); the Guadalajara scientist needs inspiration pieces (Mexican art, popular-science book, experimentation piece). Corp-II mixes the technical and the cultural, because corporate innovation needs inputs from both sides.

Corp-II curation by team

Corp-II curation starts with a briefing with the CTO and the HR directorate. The briefing gathers the corporate's innovation teams (development, data, design, research, operations), headcount per team, roles and budget per team. With that base, Corp-Merch.MX proposes team-by-team curation and pieces are approved at a joint working session, not in list format. Curation also considers the corporate's innovation cycle: internal hackathons, sprint demos, innovation fairs, CTO events with the team.

Corp-II curation works with pieces selected based on durability, functionality and coherence with the innovation team's culture: for CDMX teams with maker culture, experimentation pieces (robotics kit, portable microscope, Raspberry Pi); for Monterrey teams with industrial culture, precision pieces (measurement instrument, caliper, multimeter); for Guadalajara teams with electronics culture, electronics pieces (Arduino kit, portable oscilloscope, electronic components). For inspiration pieces, we work with artists and writers with verifiable work and gallery trajectory.

Fiscal compliance of Corp-II

Corp-II operates under three distinct fiscal regimes depending on the piece destination. For corporate employees, pieces are invoiced as employee provision with unit key E48 and benefits-chapter compliance with the Federal Labour Law, with deduction as Administration or Training expense when the piece has a learning component. For pieces valued above MXN $80,000, SAT declaration is issued with the corresponding fiscal receipt and the piece is included in the employee's annual ISR calculation as in-kind income.

For technical pieces, we run NOM-024 compliance on electrical equipment and applicable equipment regulations (FCC for radio-equipped equipment, CE for European equipment, NOM for Mexican equipment). For inspiration pieces (book, art, musical instrument), we run applicable product legislation compliance (IMPI for trademark, INDAUTOR for copyright, INAH for pieces with heritage value). For pieces delivered at hackathon or innovation event, we run Federal Games and Lotteries Law compliance when there is draw or raffle of pieces with commercial value.
