Corp-HH 2026 Bundle: the guest kit is designed around the property, not the brand
Corp-HH 2026 covers HORECA sector provision: luxury hotels (Four Seasons, Rosewood, St Regis, JW Marriott), business hotels (Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, IHG), boutique hotels (in Pueblos Mágicos and tourist destinations), high-end restaurants, restaurant groups and experience operators. Kit curation shifts with the property: the Cabo San Lucas luxury hotel guest needs curated Oaxacan artisan pieces; the Polanco business hotel guest needs functional pieces with the corporate identity; the Roma dining guest needs local gastronomic pieces.

Pieces are selected based on the restaurant's gastronomic identity. Annual run from 300 pieces per restaurant.Corp-HH curation by property
Corp-HH curation starts with a briefing with the property's directorate and the corporate Brand area. The briefing gathers the property's brand promise, the guest profile, the in-room amenities offered, and the staff uniform. With that base, Corp-Merch.MX proposes curation per line (welcome, staff, amenity, restaurant) and pieces are approved at an in-person working session at the property.
Corp-HH curation works with pieces selected based on local artisan work and brand promise: for properties in Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Maya, pieces with Oaxacan, Chiapan and Jaliscan artisan work; for CDMX properties, pieces with CDMX and Estado de México artisan work; for Pueblos Mágicos properties, pieces with the corresponding Pueblo Mágico artisan work (Puebla Talavera, Oaxaca black clay, Oaxaca alebrijes). For gourmet pieces, we work with local producers with denomination of origin and verifiable traceability.
Fiscal compliance of Corp-HH
Corp-HH operates under three distinct fiscal regimes depending on the recipient. For guests, pieces are included in the lodging invoice issued by the property with the service's unit key (lodging) and 16% VAT breakdown, with Federal Tourism Law and NOM-028-TUR-2007 compliance on hotel classification. For staff, pieces are invoiced as employee provision with unit key E48 and benefits-chapter compliance with the Federal Labour Law, with deduction as Administration expense.
For amenity and restaurant, pieces are invoiced as Operations expense with unit key E48 and deduction support as Administration or Commercialisation expense. For cosmetic amenities, we run NOM-141-SSA1 compliance on personal-care products and PROFECO compliance on labelling. For gourmet pieces with denomination of origin, we run IMPI compliance on collective mark and applicable product legislation (LFP, NOM for dairy products, NOM for meat products). For kit export with destination customs compliance, we handle IMMEX and Carta Porte 3.0.
