Corp H4 Final 2026 Final Pack — the Q1 2027 horizon with advance planning

The Mexican corporate that already thinks about the next fiscal year signs in the fourth quarter of the current year the contract for the first quarter of the year to come. That advance signing —typically between November and December— secures workshop capacity, guarantees the frozen rate for the first three months of the next fiscal year and blocks the production shifts before aggregate Hot Sale demand concentrates on the same months. The Corp H4 Final 2026 Final Pack is built to resolve the 2027 year-start: mass onboarding of January hires, first-quarter IMMEX training material, Q1 commercial kick-off and fiscal planning before SAT. The rate is negotiated at the close of 2026 and frozen in MXN with a single INPC adjustment at the close of March 2027. We invoice under CFDI 4.0 in MXN, in USD at the locked rate, or in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

The architecture of the H4 horizon

The Corp H4 Final 2026 Final Pack starts with a planning brief in November 2026 (while the corporate is closing the current fiscal year) and is structured in three delivery lots that run in the first quarter of 2027. Lot H4-A (January) covers the mass onboarding of January hires: welcome kits with backpack, thermos, notebook and pen, corporate folders with the 2027 logo, USB with the updated employee manual and identification badges. The critical date is the first week of January, when collaborators return from vacation and the new hires are integrated.

Lot H4-B (February) covers the first-quarter IMMEX training material: manuals, USB with training content, instructor badges and didactic material delivered before 15 February, in compliance with the annual training programme documented before STPS. The lot also covers the Q1 commercial kick-off material (tees, caps and folders for the annual sales-force convention) delivered between 8 and 14 February. Lot H4-C (March) covers the first-quarter fiscal close: folders and USB with the quarterly report, close material for the management team and the Q1-end piece delivered as recognition for the sales force before 31 March. Under USMCA, lots are delivered in bilingual Spanish/English version for foreign subsidiaries.

The four guarantees of the H4 horizon

Rate frozen for the 2027 quarter

Unit price negotiated at the close of 2026, frozen in Mexican pesos with a single INPC adjustment at the close of March 2027. Applies to every contracted catalogue SKU and to custom SKUs approved inside the same price range. No monthly renegotiations.

Capacity blocked for January

The workshop blocks production capacity for January hires before 15 December of the previous year. This ensures that the first week of the year —when the workshop is closing Christmas orders— has reserved shifts for the onboarding kits that cannot wait.

Advance planning before SAT

The horizon includes the first-quarter fiscal planning: the workshop delivers support material for the quarterly reconciliation that the finance area files before SAT, with every piece of the quarter backed by CFDI 4.0.

IMMEX and USMCA compatibility

Materials for the maquiladora plant can be documented as part of the training programme before STPS when the destination is IMMEX. Lots are delivered in bilingual Spanish/English version for foreign subsidiaries under USMCA, with CBP/CBSA rigid cardboard.

Order modalities and payment structure

The Corp H4 Final 2026 Final Pack admits three order modalities. The first is the consolidated order for the three lots with advance signing in November or December 2026, which offers the highest production priority, the lowest rate of the year and the January capacity block. The second is the per-lot order, which lets the corporate adjust H4-B and H4-C volume according to confirmations received at the end of January 2027. The third is the staggered order with a 30% deposit when signing the brief in November and the remainder against delivery of each lot.

Payment is against delivery of each lot, with a standard 15 calendar-day term for domestic clients and 30 days for corporates with a master contract. For IMMEX clients the invoicing can be documented as part of the training programme when the destination is a maquiladora plant with a programme documented before STPS. For corporates with parent house in the United States, Canada or Brazil we invoice in USD at the exchange rate locked at the start of the horizon. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

Costs, MOQ and invoicing

The Corp H4 Final 2026 Final Pack starts at a minimum commitment of 600 pieces in the 2027 quarter. The base rate varies by composition: for a standard composition with tees, notebooks, pens and thermoses the average rate is $445 MXN before IVA. For a premium composition with jackets, office kits and engraved pieces the average rate is $755 MXN. For a mixed composition with standard and premium products the average rate is $595 MXN. Individual-name engraving on the thermos or notebook is quoted as an add-on to the pack.

We invoice under CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised before SAT at each 2027 lot, with the option of consolidated invoicing at quarter-close. For cross-border deliveries we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement. Under IMMEX, pieces for the maquiladora plant are invoiced with a complement that documents the training programme. For corporates with subsidiaries in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD at the exchange rate locked at the close of 2026. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB.
