Corp H3 Final 2026 Final Pack — the Q4 horizon from Buen Fin to fiscal close

The fourth quarter of the Mexican fiscal year is the densest corridor of the year and the one that concentrates the critical dates of the corporate calendar: Día de Muertos and Buen Fin ramp-up (October), El Buen Fin and the Mexican Revolution (November), aguinaldo before 20 December under the LFT obligation, Christmas and fiscal year-end close (December). The Corp H3 Final 2026 Final Pack resolves that corridor with five delivery lots: Día de Muertos (October), Buen Fin (November), Revolution (November), aguinaldo (close 18 December) and Christmas/New Year (close 23 December). Workshop capacity is allocated under the hot-rush seal in dedicated shifts to secure the critical dates of Buen Fin (13 November) and aguinaldo (18 December). We invoice under CFDI 4.0 in MXN, in USD at the locked rate, or in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

The architecture of the H3 horizon

The Corp H3 Final 2026 Final Pack starts with a planning brief in September and is structured in five delivery lots with immovable critical dates. Lot Q4-A (October) covers Día de Muertos with the curated cempasúchil and catrina catalogue and the Buen Fin ramp-up POP material, which closes before 12 October so the CEDIS has margin for store distribution. Lot Q4-B (November) covers the POP material and sales-force uniforms for El Buen Fin (close 12 November) and the Mexican Revolution pieces (close 19 November).

Lot Q4-C (November week 4) covers the premium boxes of the aguinaldo advance for standout teams of the year, with close on 28 November. Lot Q4-D (December week 1-2) covers the premium boxes that accompany the aguinaldo cheque under the LFT obligation, with close on 18 December —immovable critical date— so HR teams have distribution margin. Lot Q4-E (December week 3) covers the VIP Christmas gifts, the corporate posada pieces and the New Year institutional piece, with close on 23 December. Under USMCA, lots Q4-B, Q4-C and Q4-D are delivered in bilingual Spanish/English version for foreign subsidiaries. Under IMMEX, the maquiladora plant materials are documented as part of the training programme before STPS.

The four guarantees of the H3 horizon

Immovable critical dates

Three critical dates in the horizon: 12 November (Buen Fin), 18 December (LFT aguinaldo) and 23 December (Christmas/New Year). If delivery of any of these three lots is delayed by a cause attributable to the workshop, a 10% credit is automatically applied to the affected lot in the next CFDI, the highest penalty of the year.

Dedicated hot-rush capacity

The workshop assigns dedicated capacity throughout the horizon with extended shifts in November and December, which absorbs simultaneous production peaks (Buen Fin + Revolution + aguinaldo) without bottlenecks.

Premium aguinaldo boxes with engraving

The premium boxes of lots Q4-C and Q4-D use noble materials (wood, leather, blown glass) with personalised bas-relief engraving that includes the collaborator's name, years of service and CEO message. The workshop delivers before 18 December to comply with LFT.

IMMEX and USMCA compatibility

Materials for the maquiladora plant can be documented as part of the training programme before STPS. VIP gifts and premium boxes are delivered in bilingual Spanish/English version for foreign subsidiaries, with rigid cardboard that meets CBP/CBSA.

Order modalities and payment structure

The Corp H3 Final 2026 Final Pack admits three order modalities. The first is the consolidated order for the five lots, which offers the highest production priority and the lowest rate: the workshop blocks dedicated capacity for the three months. The second is the per-lot order, which lets the corporate adjust Q4-B, Q4-C and Q4-D volume according to confirmations received at the end of October. The third is the staggered order with a 50% deposit when confirming the first lot and the remainder against delivery of each subsequent lot.

Payment is against delivery of each lot, with a standard 15 calendar-day term for domestic clients and 30 days for corporates with a master contract. For IMMEX clients the invoicing can be documented as part of the training programme. For corporates with parent house in the United States, Canada or Brazil we invoice in USD at the exchange rate locked at the start of the horizon. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

Costs, MOQ and invoicing

The Corp H3 Final 2026 Final Pack starts at a minimum commitment of 800 pieces in the quarter. The base rate varies by composition: for a standard composition with tees, caps and POP material the average rate is $435 MXN before IVA. For a premium composition with wooden boxes, engraved USB drives, Muertos pieces and VIP gifts the average rate is $895 MXN. For a mixed composition with standard and premium products the average rate is $665 MXN. Personalised CEO card engraving and collaborator name are quoted as add-ons.

We invoice under CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised before SAT at each lot, with the option of consolidated invoicing at quarter-close. For cross-border deliveries we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement. Under IMMEX, pieces for the maquiladora plant are invoiced with a complement that documents the training programme. For corporates with subsidiaries in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD at the locked rate. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB. Series with individual data are quoted as add-ons to the base horizon.
