Annual timeline and CFDI 4.0 traceability
The annual timeline starts in the first half of November 2025 with the signature of the annual master agreement. The first PO confirmation happens the first week of January 2026. Deliveries follow the client’s operating calendar: Q1 (January-March), Q2 (April-June, with February, March, and May peaks), Q3 (July-September, with August peak for IMMEX), Q4 (October-December, with November and December peaks). Each front has its own brief confirmation window, brief close, and delivery window.
H3 invoicing runs as four consolidated CFDIs per quarter (the most efficient for AP), or as twelve monthly CFDIs if the client policy requires it, with a 2 percent administrative surcharge on the subtotal in the monthly variant. Each CFDI carries the annual discount on a separate line, the recipient tax regime (605 RESICO, 601 general, 626 RESICO where applicable), the unit key for the spend chapter, and the CFDI use that accounting instructs. For IMMEX deliveries, the foreign trade complement is included with 0% IVA rate and deductibility in the Mexican corporate tax regime.
The annual fiscal compliance report is delivered at year close (31 December) with the detail of each CFDI issued, each IMMEX pedimento, each Carta Porte 3.0, and each piece delivered with photographic evidence and recipient signature. This report is the primary input for the corporate annual return, the annual informative returns (RAOCE, Related-Party Operations Report, Donatarias Report where applicable), and UIF and CNBV compliance for financial-sector recipients above the UMA threshold.
