Corp H1 Final 2026 Final Pack — the six-month horizon covering Q1 and Q2

The first half of any Mexican fiscal year is the densest operating period of the year: fiscal start, budget planning, mass training under the IMMEX programme, Hot Sale in May —the country's second-largest e-commerce event— and the run-up to Día de las Madres that moves more than 80 billion pesos in retail sales. The Corp H1 Final 2026 Final Pack covers the six months from January to June under a single planning contract and three delivery lots that are invoiced against consumption. Lot 1 covers the Q1 mass onboarding (January-March); lot 2 covers IMMEX training and Mother's Day (April-May); lot 3 covers Hot Sale and half-year close (May-June). The rate is negotiated once at the start of the horizon and frozen in Mexican pesos with a single INPC adjustment at the close of June. Invoicing is under CFDI 4.0 in MXN, in USD at the locked rate, or in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

The architecture of the H1 horizon

The Corp H1 Final 2026 Final Pack is structured in three consumption-invoiced delivery lots, with a consolidated planning brief at the start of January. The Q1 lot (January-March) starts with the mass onboarding of first-quarter hires: welcome kits with backpack, thermos, notebook and pen; corporate folders with the year's logo; USB with the updated employee manual and identification badges. The planning brief is signed before 15 December of the previous year and runs between 8 and 31 January for the first delivery. The Q1 lot completes with the maquiladora plant training material when the corporate operates under the IMMEX regime.

The Q2-A lot (April-May) covers the IMMEX training material (manuals, USB with training content, instructor badges) and the Mother's Day campaign: gifts for key female clients that the sales force delivers in the first week of May, boxes with pink-purple ribbon and personalised CEO card. The Q2-B lot (May-June) covers the POP material and sales-force uniforms for Hot Sale 2026 (the edition starts on the third Friday of May), with operating close before 15 May so the corporate CEDIS has margin for store distribution. The lot closes with the end-of-school material and the kick-off of the summer training programme. Under USMCA, lots Q2-A and Q2-B can be delivered in a bilingual Spanish/English version for US and Canadian subsidiaries.

The four guarantees of the H1 horizon

Rate frozen for six months

Unit price negotiated at the start of the horizon, frozen in Mexican pesos with a single INPC adjustment at the close of June. Applies to every contracted catalogue SKU and to custom SKUs approved inside the same price range. No monthly renegotiations.

Three lots with firm dates

Q1 (8-31 January), Q2-A (1-30 April) and Q2-B (1 May-15 June). Each lot has its own critical date: 31 January for onboarding, 8 May for Mother's Day, 15 May for Hot Sale. 8% penalty if the delivery is delayed by a cause attributable to the workshop.

Consolidated planning brief

A single planning session in December of the previous year covers the three lots: the corporate defines the total budget, the per-lot composition, the venues, the custom SKUs and the IMMEX/USMCA requirements in a single three-hour session. The workshop delivers an operating plan per lot with firm dates.

IMMEX and USMCA compatibility

Materials for the maquiladora plant can be documented as part of the training programme before STPS when the destination is IMMEX, with the foreign-trade complement if the delivery crosses to the foreign parent and Carta Porte 3.0 when the transport is operated by the workshop.

Order modalities and payment structure

The Corp H1 Final 2026 Final Pack admits three order modalities. The first is the consolidated order for the three lots, which offers the highest production priority and the lowest rate: the workshop assigns dedicated capacity throughout the semester and blocks the necessary shifts to secure the three critical dates. The second is the per-lot order, which lets the corporate adjust Q2-A and Q2-B volume according to confirmations received at the end of March. The third is the staggered order with a 30% deposit when signing the brief and the remainder against delivery of each lot.

Payment is against delivery of each lot, with a standard 15 calendar-day term for domestic clients and 30 days for corporates with a master contract. For IMMEX clients the invoicing can be documented as part of the training programme when the destination is a maquiladora plant with a programme documented before STPS. For corporates with parent house in the United States, Canada or Brazil we invoice in USD at the exchange rate locked at the start of the horizon. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

Costs, MOQ and invoicing

The Corp H1 Final 2026 Final Pack starts at a minimum commitment of 1,000 pieces in the semester, equivalent to an average of 167 pieces per month. The base rate varies by composition: for a standard composition with tees, notebooks, pens and thermoses the average rate is $425 MXN before IVA. For a premium composition with jackets, office kits and engraved pieces the average rate is $725 MXN. For a mixed composition with standard and premium products the average rate is $575 MXN. Individual-name engraving on the thermos or notebook is quoted as an add-on to the pack.

We invoice under CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised before SAT at each lot, with the option of consolidated invoicing at the close of the semester. For cross-border deliveries we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement. Under IMMEX, pieces for the maquiladora plant are invoiced with a complement that documents the training programme. For corporates with subsidiaries in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD at the locked rate. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB. Series with individual collaborator data (name on notebook, date on thermos) are quoted as add-ons to the base horizon.
